Patty Macias2The woman I spoke with today was not very friendly. I had a few questions about transferring a car title and she seemed very impatient. Please thoroughly explain the policy and don’t expect people to understand how the process works if they’ve never done it before.

Danny O'Malley1Legend has it that, they have only answered the phone one time at this business and that was when they set it up to test to see if the phone works. LOL who's in charge of this currency exchange? Lori Lightfoot?

Eric Wagner5The customer service here is excellent. After I had left the building, I noticed a mistake on my part. When I returned 15 minutes later I was overjoyed that they helped me get it fixed. The ladies there were beyond professional and polite. We learned together and got it right.

N/A1I went to 2 locations. 55th and Pulaski & Archer and Cicero to cash a check. I started a new job, & my direct deposit wasn't in the system yet. Normally I'd just go to a PLS (Archer & Richmond), but it was very busy. Anyway I went to the 55th location first. The young lady behind the glass wasn't able to register my company's info, (because it was acquired by another company within the past yr) and she needed a manager. She called 2 who were on call and no one answered. I was in a rush, so i was anxious, but patient. She tried a 3rd call, and they told her they'd call her back. I was in there a total of 26 minutes. Finally she looked at me and said "you can leave if you want or keep waiting since no one called back". I grabbed my check & left. I then went to the Archer/Cicero location. The girl behind the glass put the check through the little machine & said "yea I can't cash it for the same reason", I said "excuse me?" "she said I can't cash it for the same reason the other one didn't" I said "because you have to register the company, I don't understand", & she said "yea sorry", then gave me my check. Message to your company: Train your employees, and if a manager isn't on duty then maybe whoever is on the clock shouldn't be expected to perform duties or tasks of a manager. The entire ordeal lasted over an hour including commuting. Save yourself the trouble & check cashing fees. GO TO PLS!
