  From my experience the difference between a CPA and a great CPA was a $22,500 larger refund. I came to Red Rock Accounting because my tax return was sent back from the IRS for missing information from a CPA I used in Chandler, AZ. I made an appt. at Red Rock Accounting with the idea of getting some advice on the missing information. Bill began to find mistakes and missing tax updates that the previous CPA didn't catch. At the end I saw a dramatic difference in my refund and confidence that I was working with a true professional that stays up to date on current tax changes and cares about his clients.

  I am considering purchasing a small business. I found this firm online and submitted a form Online for a free 10 minute consultation. I got a return call from Kim and she left a message to call her for an appointment. I spoke with another woman when I called back and explained I would like to talk to a CPA to see what services they could offer. She said it would be a $75 fee. I agreed with the fee once I spoke to the CPA to answer some basic questions about their services. On the day of the appointment the same woman called me and asked if I was ready for the appointment. She then asked for the $75 fee. I told her I would pay once I spoke to the CPA to see if they could even offer services I may need. She refused to let me speak to the CPA without paying. I obviously told her no chance of me doing business with their firm. Honestly, why would I pay $75 without even knowing what the $75 is going for. To tell me what services you offer. Get real!!! Stay clear of this unethical place!!!

  Mr. Wright, the main page of the Company website indicates that a $75.00 fee would be required for an initial consultation, which would be credited back toward any future work the client would undertake with us. Given the limited time we have addressing the needs of our existing clients, as well as any pro bono work we do for the community, we simply do not have the capacity to offer free consultations to the public.
