  Chad at Fairway Mortgage Corp did a great, bang up job working to assist me getting a loan for a 2nd home. Highly recommended. I work in a very select area where one is careful with recommendations and does not put their name to a "recommend," let alone a "highly recommend" without being willing to stand by it, including impacting one's career. This high rating is well deserved and not just a frivolous write up. I seldom make compliments nor take the time to do online ratings. Chad did a great job working a complex situation and deserves the rating. He helped coordinate 3 different options I could qualify for with varying interests rates based on my income and tax returns, and worked the market to get me the lowest rate at the time, an incredible deal for what I was doing with a $2.3M property. And, he still had a back up loan consideration if the "conventional" fell through to enable my deal. He turned document requirements and requests around very quickly; frequently exchanging emails and phone calls late at night and on weekends in order to meet deadlines.   Jared and Chad were amazing to work with. They saved me so much money in closing costs, it was unbelievable. They were in constant communication and explained everything in detail.   My wife and I did a refinance with Jonathan at Fairway and the process was seamless. There was no stress, anxiety and the entire staff was amazing. I am semi retired and Jonathan helped so much and has made my financial concerns minimal. The process was facilitated very quickly and unbelievably smooth. The rate we agreed on was half a point less than Chase Bank and others. Great experience.
