      Edit: I was reached out to by Wells Fargo as you can see under this review. I decided to follow through and contact them to see if they could resolve this or make a difference in-store. They told me in 10 days I would be contacted to go over this matter further and I still have not received a reply. This is going on 14 days. They obviously don’t care enough to make a difference, so then don’t reply to my review! It still stands until it’s corrected! I’m never able to reach this branch by phone. Sometimes I like to talk to a teller about an issue to see if they will resolve it before taking time out of my busy week to come to an empty bank with no customers and be told I need an appointment. Are the ghosts making the appointments to where I can’t do a walk-in?? Or do your tellers just not want their commission giving me my new savings account? Absolute trashy customer service. I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo my entire working life and this branch makes me want to switch. I’d care enough to stay if they cared for enough to do their CUSTOMER SERVICE jobs.

      Cashed a check at the teller window. Teller abviously was having trouble scanning it. I asked if it was ok and she assured me it was fine. Wells Fargo later said it was illegible, took funds out of my account. Had to contact issuer of check and had to wait three weeks to get another check. Bad job Welles Fargo Cottonwood! Called customer service and talked to them for an hour and nothing! Been a customer for many, many years. Time to start looking for another bank!

      Called so many times to schedule an appointment prior to driving from Camp Verde to Cottonwood. No answer on all attempts. Then arrived to a empty and quite bank, only to be told by a banker to come back at noon. The banker also said I needed to make an appointment. I replied “then answer the phone”. She replied “we are to busy to answer the phone”. I almost didn’t hear her over the sound of crickets. Terrible customer service. Can’t wait until my Camp Verde branch reopens!!!!

      I've been running deposits here for my company for going on 11 years now. In that time, I and many other elderly/handicapped customers have had to deal with their faulty drive through window being down more often than up. Many of us have large/high vehicles that cannot use the other, lower tubes without risking dropping the canister or scratching our cars/trucks. In addition, it's difficult for many of us, (handicapped plates etc.), to walk inside and a bit nerve wracking to walk out with cash into the lot. It would certainly be appreciated by most of us if Wells Fargo would finally correct the problem with the window drive through, especially on cold/windy days.

      this bank does not even answer the phone anymore....really?! wells fargo can be proud of its total disregard of customer service....big thumbs up!!! where that thumb is ....is obvious

      Only two people in front of me and the drive through took over 30 minutes. They have only one person working both drive through lanes. They need to stop under staging this branch.
