  Wonderful service every time I go in. The level of customer service this branch has for its members can not be appreciated enough. Everyone there is devoted to making sure you are taken care of and service is unmatched by any other financial institution. Great branch, great people, great Credit Union to belong to. I will recommend this place to everyone I know.

  $15 fee to use a credit card to make my car payment. Are you kidding me? Seriously, seriously folks, are you kidding me? $15 to make a credit card payment, while every other company in the United States charges nothing to pay with a credit card this one idiotic credit union wants to charge me a $15 fee to pay with a credit card. Are you kidding? Seriously folks this is unbelievable. Totally unbelievable and unnecessary and totally uncalled for this will be reported as illlegal fees.

  Very unprofessional. The man with the patchy beard loudly suggested the older woman at the end "fight him". She is sweet and kind and seemed offended by this. Hardly any customers inside, they always seem to be goofing off whenever I come in.

  I joined this Credit Union after moving to Cottonwood because there were no branches of my previous Bank available. I have found the staff of the credit union to be diligent, friendly and knowledgeable both in person and over the phone. Mobile app covers the basics and allows you to do deposits up to a certain limit. I have also been able to link Zelle with my debit card so I can receive Zelle payments. You do have to remember that it is a small Credit Union so it does not always have the amenities that a larger bank would have, especially when traveling. But I knew the limitations of this Credit Union when I open my account and I've been very pleased with the personal service I've received. Also, I like how each individual you speak with tends to be knowledgeable about all aspects. And if they're not they will research the question and get back to you. Unlike at a big commercial chain Bank, where you keep being passed off to somebody with the appropriate title in order to get what you want done. CU West has been an excellent choice for me.

  I am going to say, I previously posted about an issue I had with mothers account. Turns out I was wrong! They did some fixing of accounts and in doing so allowed my mom to overdraft (she wasnt able to for 2 years previously) which she unintentionally signed up for initially. I spoke with Patty the branch manager and she broke it all down and explained it to me. I was very apologetic about the confusion, and I truly appreciate her patience with me and retract my previous rating. Great people after all!

  Friendly staff; however, the joint account we opened only allow for one profile, even though we have two debit cards. To set up the banking app, I needed my partner’s passwords, security questions, and SS number. That is a real problem for me. We’re going to open another account at a local community bank. They need to change their software.

  Credit Union West has helped me tremendously through my college transition. From helping me from gaining credit to helping me get approved for my first credit card. They have always been supportive and helpful with any of my needs. Truly a life saver.

  Not as good as my credit union back home. For starters, I could only withdraw $500 from my own bank account and I was told that I would have to come back another day if I wanted to withdraw more money. Then when I asked if I could get a bank check, the teller said that the charge was $5.00 (it's $2.00 at my home credit union), but I could "go to a Western Union where they only charge one or two dollars." Um... no!? I prefer credit unions, but having just moved to Sedona, I may have to sign up at a regular bank to get better service. Not to mention, this is 20-minutes out of my way. Not worth it.
