  SELLERS AND BUYERS BEWARE! I was unfortunate enough to be interested in a property represented by Eric Braunger of Red Barn Properties. Throughout the buying process Eric passed off his responsibilities onto my realtor and in the end he admitted to knowingly breaching contract. While the agreement between the seller and myself stated they would be responsible for all dealings and removal of the current tenant they allowed him to stay without my knowledge (and likely the knowledge of the out of state seller). As a result of their breach in contract they have now left me in an unsafe situation with an aggressive former tenant. Eric is not the agent I would ever recommend working with. My suggestion is to find someone who will represent you professionally and honor your contracts.

  My husband and I recently bought our perfect home! Stacy helped us achieve our dream and worked late nights with us until we found the one! Her dedication and drive was unwavering during the entire process! We went to Stacy with no idea on how to buy a home and what we needed to do. She gave us pointers and helped us through each step at our own pace. We highly recommend her and have a friend for life as well as our perfect home! Thank you sooooo much Stacy!

  Mel and Stacy were absolutely wonderful in helping us sell our mother's property. We lived a distance away and they went to extra lengths in helping in the cleaning up of the yard so it would be acceptable. They knew the right people to call to help. They gave us a good rate too. We would use their service again if we were in need of a real estate agency.

  Our loan requirements were VERY demanding and the process was a nightmare but Stacy Moller was on top of it the whole time and worked tirelessly for us. We owe a lot of thanks to her and the Red Barn team for making this happen! We have now been in Elmira for 2 years and love the country community and schools!

  Mel answered the phone and acted as though we were a bother. He was very gruff and off putting. Inquired about a property, he didn't ask us if we'd like to see it but asked if we wanted to make an offer. Not a very good first impression.
