  This bank processes debits before deposits and then charges overdrafts, they don't show your deposits over the weekend, the ATM often won't take a cash deposit (and they will still charge overdrafts), and they also don't give you till 5 to fix your account like other banks. Recently their online system went down for 3 days so people couldn't see their accounts. Even after saying they wouldn't charge any fees due to that, they still did. The way they charge fees seems to go against federal law because other banks have gotten in trouble over the same things. I'm not sure how they do it, but I would advise others to bank elsewhere.

  My experience with their “new” as of a couple years ago fraud detection system is horrible. Constantly flagging things and shutting off my cards and it’s out of control. Does it on Friday sometimes for like a $10 purchase then the card is shut off for the whole weekend. Been there 10 years but this is starting to push me to move all my personal and business accounts to some other bank. :(

  The staff is friendly and helpful. There is drive up ATM and drive up teller. The line for teller service inside can sometimes be a little long.

  The location is convenient, and the people who work there are always very polite. Service is relatively quick.

  I cancelled a subscription to Regal a few months back and I am still being charged Banker on the phone let me know they will do nothing to stop the charges nor will they return what at this point was stolen Very disappointed that a bank won't stop a payment even if they know you are being ripped off

  Honestly go to a different bank for a loan. Signed all my documents over a month ago. Wasnt provided any information or copies of the information. Cant make an account without getting an account number which you have to wait on hold for 30 minutes and then they have you set up verification. Then you have to call back and wait another 30 minutes.

  NorthWest values money over the livelihood of its customers. I have a loan through NWCU and paid well up until COVID-19 hit. I have not been able to make payments sense, but have tried to come up with solutions until I was given no other option but to pay, which I couldn’t. (Laid off in March 2020 due to COVID) Today my car was repossessed. I personally know the CEO of this Bank and am very disappointed with this. I hope no one else in the community falls victim to this corporate money-over-life attitude.

  Horrible credit union. Long hold times for customer service. I was with them for years and I got better terms on a loans with other banks I've never even backed with. When i tried talking to North West about it they just blew me off. I highly recommend opening an account else were as it will save you a tune of money and you wont be on hold for hours.

  Worst bank to do business with! First they "lose" your money and try to justify it by giving every excuse in the book. Second, their customer service is at about the "you're lucky to have an account with us" attitude. So, if you like having your money stolen and being treated like a complete idiot this is the place for you. If you want a higher standard of service and people who will protect your money then look elsewhere.

  Opened a business account at the Eugene W 11th branch earlier this year. First, my account was set up incorrectly so I was unable to get Online Banking working. Second, in trying to get Online Banking working, I called their customer help line. I agree with another reviewer regarding extremely long hold times. I stayed on the line for 10+ minutes with NO answer on three different days/times. Very disappointing. Third, after over a month of trying to get things fixed on my own, I visit the branch personally to correct the Online Banking woes. As another reviewer states, service at the W 11th branch is also VERY slow, waiting 30+ minutes before I can visit with a banker to correct things. NCCU touts that they have been providing uncommon care for decades. Indeed, the care they've provided IS uncommon--uncommonly bad for a financial institution in this day and age. As soon as I get time, I will be seeking another bank to handle my business account.
