  I recently had the opportunity to work with Rebecca on the purchase of a home in the Denver area. We were faced with several issues: 1. I was Approximately 1000 miles away 2. the closing was in 30 days 3. at 80 years of age, I am very, very, very limited technologically. The entire process had to be done online and Rebecca and her team had to walk me through the electronic signature process, including uploading/downloading attachments. She and her team were incredibly patient. As other problems came up, she was able to find solutions that kept us moving forward and we were able to close on schedule. I greatly appreciate all of her help and would not hesitate to recommend her.

  In this crazy market there are a lot of things going against you. No matter if you're a first-time homebuyer or a veteran real estate investor, this market will eat you up with the competition. This is just one of the many reasons that I highly recommend having Rebecca on your team. She is an incredible loan officer and I believe that I had a huge advantage with her in my corner. She is very knowledgeable with the loan products and the market in general. She is very responsive (sometimes I think she knew I was going to call and ask a question before I even knew I was) and a very positive person. As a first-time homebuyer, there are a lot of things you just don't know about the entire home buying process. Rebecca answered every question I had with professionalism, and I never once got the impression that I was taking up too much of her time or annoying her with any possible dumb questions I was asking. I believe this helps speak to her character as a person in general; she is just a really good human. With everything going against you in this market, having Rebecca on your team is a great way to help you out. I cannot recommend Rebecca and her team highly enough!! I am so excited to start my real estate investor journey and as soon as I have enough funds to get another, I already know who I'm calling. Thank you!

  I could not recommend working with Rebecca more! She was very knowledgeable about various loan programs and did an excellent job helping me navigate what felt (at times) like a very complicated process! When the time comes, I will 100% be looking for her help again!
