Mark Ruda2If my banking situation wasn't so complicated to change, I wouldn't bank here. I've had tellers RUN to lock the front door in my face at exactly closing time. I was denied a loan, told I could use the money in my savings account to back the loan and pay the bank 3% on my money. (Was able to get a 2% loan at another CU). Their debit cards last a few months and they charge you $5 to replace. My pay roll is direct deposit and usually takes 4 business days to process.

Member 3 yrs, They have repeatedly locked my debit card at night and on weekends and because the branches are open such short hours and they don’t offer any card services outside of their business hours every time they block you out of your accounts you have no way of accessing any of you money till the next day OR following Monday or weekend. They have absolutely terrible online and mobile banking that is little to no help at all! GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR LOANS AND BANKING!!!! Terrible customer service! Zero accountability! Completely inadequate!

I would not select any other bank to handle my growing photography business! Rosie Dugan is the best ever just so y'all know!!!

They have held onto my money when the deposits have cleared from the depositing company, even when it was from the VA as my disability compensation from the treasury.. I’m going to cancel my accounts please don’t even waste your time , Concerned veteran

Chris Sherrick1After 37 years of being a member I applied for a loan for $5000 they tell me that I gotta have a CO signer if I wanted to be treated as if I were banking at the bank I would go to a bank and the be honest with you I think I'm gonna go to 1st bank ever since they changed from a private credit Union to and open credit Union they've turned into a bank don't waste your time with these people. It's kind of funny read some of the reviews on this place lot of people are saying the exact same thing I am.

Cody “Doc” Harrison1Fees upon fees with this useless organization. Huge regrets getting a auto loan and I’m constantly shafted every month. Three months in and they still won’t give my auto loan account number so I can use checks as my paper trail. Legal actions is underway.

David Wire1One of On Tap's ATMs ate my debit card over the weekend. I called in this morning to see if there was any way to return the original card. Not only were they unable to return the original card, which I'm not terribly surprised by, they were also unapologetic and unhelpful. Their proximity and the fact that they provide no-fee ATMs to the community had me considering opening an account but the service I received today cleared that up for me.

Bri Kidd5I had an issue with a recurrent mode of payment , wanted to stop it , do not know which branch Lisa is working at , but while I was trying to explain my issue and trying to find a way to achieve to stop this recurring payment, She made me feel I was taking her time, was very abrupt. Was talking like a drill sergeant, and talking over me which is not professional, this is the only person I have had an issue with since I have opened my account since 1997
