  Derek is not only a true professional but a pleasure to deal with also. I had a very difficult time trying to find a lender that deals with Corporate loans on residential properties, but once I was came across Derek, there was no looking back.   Derek operates with honesty and integrity. Due to advertising from different lenders, I was considering refinancing my home mortgage to get a lower interest rate. Derek analyzed my status, and concluded I would spend as much or more in fees than I would save. It takes principle to turn down business! I totally trust him.
