  Opportunities for a new beginning don’t fall in our laps too often but when the opportunity to begin anew in Colorado came up we had to scramble to find a home and the all-important mortgage. We were referred to Ashley Pratt of Fairway Mortgage. Ashley and her team quickly helped us through the process of securing the funding for our home and although we had a few false starts of being outbid, Ashley and her team always came through with the requested qualification documents to the sellers Agents. Once we found the home we now live in, Ashley and her team were by our side through closing and we are happy that we made the decision to go with Fairway Mortgage. By the way, their closing gift to us was perfect. We would absolutely recommend Ashley and her team as their calm demeanor and concise explanations were perfect for us while we purchased this home from 1300 miles away.

  Ashley and the rest of Team Pratt at Fairway are the absolute *best*! As a terrified first time home buyer and self-employed millennial, I thought becoming a homeowner was pretty much impossible. Not only did Ashley prove me wrong, she did so with the best big sister energy while holding my hand every single step of the way. From the first phone call with Ashley to signing my name 100 times on closing day, I felt completely supported. I had a super short timeframe to get out of my rental home due to unforeseen circumstances, and Ashley had me close on my dream home with time to spare. I cannot say enough good things about her. She truly is so knowledgable and makes this ultra scary process so easy and seamless.

  The best home buying experience, period. Very friendly and accommodating, constant communication about upcoming events, updates, and changes. When I told them what I needed they listened and worked hard to make that happen. Other times I needed assistance and they weighed in with thier wealth of knowledge and experience.
