  We worked with Joe to refinance our mortgage and it was honestly one of the best service experiences I have had. Joe is the best in the field, and I wish that I had known him the very first time I purchased a home. He is patient, takes time to explain the best options available , counsels you through your decision making process and works timeously to ensure that you get the best deal possible.   I had a fantastic experience with Joe! When my bank said they couldn't meet the closing date for the home I bought, Joe managed to secure a loan for me within a week and he even met my closing date. He was incredibly responsive and professional along the way. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

  Amazingly responsive and incredibly helpful. Answers any questions I have. He has done 2 personal mortgage loans for me and two personal refinances for me. He has also helped multiple friends and family with both mortgage loans and refinancing. I have fired other loan officers and gone to Joe and it was well worth the switch. I will never use anyone else. Best loan officer out there.

  I have done quite a bit of business with Joe Salisbury throughout my time in the real estate business. He is efficient and professional whenever he has dealt with any of my clients and their mortgage needs. Always on top of things to ensure that closings happen on time and with as few speed bumps as possible. I would recommend Joe to anyone that is thinking of pursuing a new mortgage or a refinance of an existing mortgage.

  JOE SALISBURY - Periodically companies that reports a debtor's payment history make mistakes or sometimes people have large amounts of debt that directly effect their credit scores. When a loan officer pulls a credit report it is easy for them to quickly evaluate it and make recommendations on which debts to pay off and how to repair reporting errors. The term used is a "Rapid Rescore". It takes hours or days for the rescore if the Loan Officer does it but months if a person does it on their own. Joe Salisbury could have helped me repair two reporting errors but he refused to and I subsequently lost the opportunity to flip a house and earn over $100,000 in income. During the second call with Joe, I told him I was planning to flip the property. He lied to me and said that banks require the loan officer to charge an additional point of the borrower is not holding the property for a year or more. That would amount to a prepaid, prepayment penalty which is illegal and discriminatory. Lenders, by law are not allowed to discriminate for any reason nor charge a prepayment penalty of any kind. For nearly a decade I was a licensed Loan Officer and know what I am talking about. Joe Salisbury may have some five star reviews but I found him to be arrogant, dishonest and difficult to work with. I am writing this online review to point out to others so they check the facts when applying for a loan with Joe.

  Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback. I remember the couple conversations we had last July. After we discussed general loan options we did not move forward with a complete application. I’m sorry I was not able to help you accomplish your goals. In the end, my team and I can’t always help. I never mentioned any loan requiring a prepayment penalty, different loan structures do however have different rates and fees, and a rapid rescore doesn’t always fix poor credit. I wish you all the best and know the door is always open if you’d like to discuss your goals further. Things change all the time, goals and options, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything.
