  Scott Mahan was awesome! While on vacation, he guided me through the process via phone and e-mail to get my mother-in-law and sister-in-law arranged with a realtor, and a bridge loan so they could move into assisted living and not have to wait to sell the house first.   ElderLife Financial made it possible to fund my mother's transition from Rehab to an Assisted Living Facility before selling her home, and while she and I are over 1,000 miles apart. I couldn't have done it without their help.

  Scott Trello was there for us every step of the way. He contacted me within 15 minutes of my getting off the phone with the social worker who gave me his number. He was very friendly and helpful, patiently answering my questions and following through to check on me every step in the process. The whole process was wrapped up in less days than I anticipated. The loan is on it's way and my mother will be moved in today.

  Vicki Crooks did an excellent job helping me get a bridge loan for my mother. She is going into assisted living and needed the loan to cover costs until her house sells.   Working with Elderlife couldn't be easier - especially during difficult times in trying to organize a move-in for an ill loved one. They are super friendly and helpful. Elderlife is a wonderful service and if you don't have the costs to cover an expensive move, they are there to help. I highly recommend Elderlife to anyone who is going through this.

  The whole process of learning about and obtaining a bridge loan was a little scary for me, but it truly was an easy and pleasant experience - and fast! Lindsay, the representative I worked with, was helpful and very professional. I highly recommend them!!!

  Needed to cosign a bridge loan to pay for my mother's care until the house could be sold. Talked with LaQuisha Smith and she was able to answer all my questions with a matter-of-fact and happy-to-help attitude. I felt much more confident after I spoke with her and cosigned. Was informed of each monthly disbursement but would have liked a "paid off" notification from the company. Had to ask LaQuisha to confirm, which she did almost immediately.
