D1I wouldn’t want to do it because the check I had wasn’t allowed me to snap when I tried on my phone. It was too bright on the face of the check. I decided to deposit it at the drive through on 2/11/2022 around 3:15pm. I put the check through the tube and waited for 15 minutes and noticed the car next window drove up after me drove off before me. I pressed the button and told the teller to send back my check and went to Wells Fargo. Worst customer service and have no consideration of people’s time. If you want good customer service go to Wells Fargo Bank.

Bunny1This Capital One is hard to get in and out of, it’s right off 355 and when you leave, you can only turn right. Every time I come here, the ATMS aren’t working. It’s a huge waste of time for customers, especially when it’s so hard to get to this location.

Cynthia Lopez2Here is why you should not bring your hard earned money here: We opened a business account last month (set up an appt because it was during a pandemic). The bank incorrectly typed our information not once (I mentioned it the first time and they waived me off), but three times and each time, apologized and begged us to come back in to sign. Each time, they did not have the paperwork ready as promised and now the bank is sending a letter stating they will close the account since we did not provide the correct business documents. No, sorry, that is not correct. Your employee negligence is not my problem. They don’t care about their customers. Period. PS - The Response from the "Owner" below is "lip service." Never even got a response back regarding my account. Let's also just say it is enough money that there should have been more diligence paid to this.

Deaf HustleBTC1The atm won’t let me withdraw cash that I had to go across the street to withdraw cash. They won’t even process money order on the spot with my debit card to make a payment. They made me wait for 30 minutes for nothing and to call 1800capital one! They don’t even know what they are doing.

Gayani Ware5Elvis who worked at Capital One saved us today! We went inside upset bc of a issue we had w a check. He was patient, kind and so friendly! He helped us tremendously! Bc of Elvis we are no longer closing our accounts! I mean dang I would give that man a job! Beyond excellent service!!!! Thank you Elvis! Capital one is lucky to have someone so wonderful.
