  Liz Hunt is the greatest! She was able to get me a great rate that no one else could even come close to. One mortgage guy said, "Wow! Jump on that rate before you lose it!" Then there's the follow through after locking in the rate. She was there to explain everything and why they needed it. And she's also there to answer my emails at 8-9 PM. I highly recommend Liz Hunt at RHF.

  I am extremely pleased with the service. Everything started off a little rough and delayed our process a bit but then I was blessed to have Meagan Hopf, along with Ralph DiBugnara and their team step in and made sure we got to the closing. All issues were addressed immediately and quickly resolved. The entire team was just truly amazing! They took a very stressful process and made it easy.

  My wife and I just purchased our second home and the process was much easier this time around due to RHFC's help. They were extremely helpful while we were shopping for a home, providing very quick mortgage estimates based on the prices of the homes we were looking at.   Residential Home Funding Corporation to me is the under dog. My experience started off unsteady. With that being said, I was able to see, feel and live the ability of Residential Home Funding core processes. Even though the beginning was not ideal, Residential came through strong, efficient, effective and I have to put here, they were able to close a loan, essentially from beginning to end in around 2 weeks. I would recommend Residential Home Funding for home buyers. They are a sound company.

  Though Mortgage Application process is bit tedious, John helped me/guided me to have a pleasant experience. John always follows up and considered my request on a priority basis. Always tried to explain and made sure i understood the loan process and helped me get a good rate.
