Seema Goldberg1This bank, located in the HomeGoods/Marshalls (Morris Hills) Plaza is honestly one of the worst banks I've ever opened an account with. After waiting to add a family member to an existing account, the employees of the bank just stood around aimlessly. There appears to be several employees, yet no one is really willing to be helpful; it almost appeared that every employee was waiting for the other to assist customers. One employee in particular asked if we were being helped and before we could explain what services we needed, we were told to wait in lounge area. Banks should be in the business to help customers who are leaving money in their care. The bank managers in this branch seem to be some of the most unpleasant and miserable looking people I have ever seen. This bizarre experience will have me visiting other Bank of America branches.

Patrick Benzaleski1Been here two times, both times experienced issues with the ATM. Once it was entirely out of service, second time the 'contactless' card reader wasn't operating properly, so when I used my card to make a deposit, cash deposit wasn't available at this time. You've wasted enough of my time, I'll patronize a better managed BOA.

CJ D2This branch is only good for ATM use. Recently my card was taken. Stupid I never changed pin. Person wrote check with there check and cashed it out to me. $150 n forged my signature. 1st of all I only had like 17¢ in my account. I was always told u can't cash a check unless u have funds to cover it. I do not have any source of overdraft. So A) check should have spit back out and B) WHO EVER prints there check (w/o script) and the signature has to match name written out to. So y was a check excepted with a signature of just my 1st initial n last name. U guys should b more like Chase. U write ur signature a few times. And even the ATM HAS to verify ur signature!!! FYI if u need any papers or something for NJ ASSISTANCE go to MORRISTOWN. Their the only ones that know what your talking about. Other branches look at you like your speaking foreign language and trying to do something bad. Not well educated in customer needs. Oh BTW now BOA wants to charge u $5 per page. Nor will assistance take your personal print out. They need print out from bank. Has to be printed width wise not length. Must be stamped by branch and have managers signature. N Morristown is great they know customers by name. ATM inside

Vanquish Jerz5I owe thanks to Nilima for helping me with my online banking. For 3 years I have been unable to access it due to a lost email address. I walked in and was promptly seated to work with her. I have been to another bank of America to try and resolve this issue, but the representative who I sat with had absolutely no interest in helping me and referred me to online customer service. Thanks again to Nilima for her outstanding customer service.
