  One of my friends gave me a reference to Mr. Nilesh Desai who negotiated the best rate for us and was very approachable loan originator. Meena Sundar, our loan processor was always available to answer our queries as well. They were very responsive and helpful throughout our mortgage process. There was a situation in my case where my closing date suddenly preponed and I did not even have two weeks, but Nilesh and Meena worked on my case on priority and closed it on time. They provide required guidance for first time home buyers, and I would certainly recommend them to go with American Preferred Mortgage services.
