  We are so fortunate to have had Doug Doggendorf as our real estate agent. He was the perfect agent for us as first time homebuyers! He helped us find the perfect house in the perfect location. He had thorough knowledge of the local market which kept him very calm and collected which is exactly what we needed in these crazy bidding wars. Every time we wanted to see a property he got us in asap, and when we viewed a new property Doug would perform a detailed inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, and appliances etc. He also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get us the price and inspection amendments we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far. We definitely recommend him to everyone, and we will be back for our next home purchase!   If you are going thru the home buying or selling process, there could be no better choice than Julie Wright! I just went thru my first home buying process...in THIS market, and Julie was like a rudder to my ship. She walked us thru the process, helped us to decipher thru the legal jargon, and made the home buying experience seem so much less intimidating.
