  Although both counter personnel were polite I find it to be absurd that they try to charge you a non member $8 check cashing fee when it's their banks check. I came into your establishment with a unsigned check still attached to the paperwork so that I could cash it. If it was a third party check I would completely understand but these are your companies funds. Ridiculous.

  I have been banking here for years. I have never had a bad experience. Always friendly and helpful. They make you feel like an individual and not just an account number. I would recommend them to anybody.

  I have multiple accounts with this branch and have always been over the top satisfied with the service here. Joe and Salena are class acts and always helpful when I need someone to go above and beyond to help me with a problem. I would definitely recommend this bank to anyone looking for a place to set up a business account.

  This place is always terrible 100% of the time. They couldn't figure out how to exchange a cashiers check for cash same day, then puts my account on hold and takes a large sum of money out of my account and holds it for 4 days, then tell me I spent all of the money that was taken from my account by them. 10 minutes later and many math equations later to explain how it makes zero sense, they figure out their wrong!! These people couldn't turn a door knob without instructions. Go to the S. Lindbergh branch to avoid issues

  Commerce Bank is like your "hometown bank". Always glad to see you and pleasant to visit. Even during shutdown in a line at the drive thru...exemplary service and FRIENDly staff. Yes, I wrote FRIEND in capitals on purpose!

  I am very satisfied with this branch. I came in after 4:00 (almost closing time) and a representative named Jenny Bourke was extremely helpful to me. She was very kind to me and answered all my questions thoroughly. She even gave me her card so I can call back if I have additional questions. I feel like if more representatives are like Jenny Commerce bank must be doing something right.

  One of the most friendliest banks in town. I would rather come in a visit with Joe the branch manager and his staff then doing my banking online. Very little wait and professional customer service is why I keep coming back. Keep up the good work.

  Slowest bank ever plan on a 15 min wait. Two people working the drive through and inside while 5 other people walk around talking. I'm considering finding a new bank. If I didn't have so many things on direct deposit I would have already changed banks.

  This is the SLOWEST commerce around. I live in Arnold and ALWAYS drive to the fenton branch. I can drive to fenton and deposit money and drive home faster than sitting in line at Arnold. Like everyone else has said. At least a 15 minute wait. Also, my husband and I went in to get an auto loan and spoke with a banker who suggested getting a personal loan instead of an auto event though the interest rate was higher. We told him we wanted to stick with the auto since we also got a discount on interest for direct payment. He informed us the next day that our loan was denied and “that’s where we stood on that”. I knew that was impossible and decided to take one more hit to our credit and fill out the application online myself. The next morning we received an email saying we were approved. While the branch manager was very apologetic, still, frustrating when you’re dealing with credit. Last, our deposits are regularly deposited into wrong accounts. I fill out a deposit slip for savings they put it in checking, I fill out a deposit for checking they put it in savings. I didn’t catch this the first time and our accounts were so messed up! I do not recommend! It’s just such a hassle to switch banks!!

  Jennifer Brouk is the BEST! I was a customer several years ago and I needed a statement from back then. Jenny did not have to help me as I am no longer a customer of the bank. . She could've done what everyone else did and tell me there was nothing they could do for me. She went above and beyond for me, even though she didn't have to, and I am so very grateful for her hard work. She is one of the best bankers I have ever experienced and I worked in the banking industry for 5 years. Very wonderful and helpful. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
