  Absolutely a joke of customer service… branch manager needs to keep her noise out how we are going to pay our other bills which is absolutely none of her business.... trying to explain to her we are going to school for 4 weeks ( for a higher paying job) and she copped a NASTY attitude for 0 reason because she can’t comprehend what we said 10 times going on leave of absence from our current employment for school… I Will NEVER be back again after I pay this loan off in the next month… absolute joke of customer service just for asking a simple question… maybe management needs to get some anger management classes

  This place is top notch. Tina was an absolute sweetheart to work with. She was friendly and warm and made the experience so much easier. The loan was quick and easy and I was approved over the phone. They had such a consumer friendly policy and made sure I had what I needed. I highly recommend Regional Finance for any loans.

  The wonderful ladies at regional finance are definitely in the right line of work. They were friendly, Helpful, Compassionate, and Respectful. They made me feel comfortable and answered every question i had and made sure my experience was a positive one. They made my day so much better.   Ashley Laiben is the most professional, caring person I have met in forever. She is not only understanding to your cause , but you actually leave more up lifted than when you came in, I left having my dignity and and my self esteem.   They were totally amazing Ashlie Leven the assistant manager was absolutely phenomenal she was very funny and very helpful and also Jennifer Casey is the assistant manager she is the one I walked in the door I was almost in tears and she totally comforted me and did everything in her power to make sure that I get the loan that I needed to pay off my credit cards and I am just soI’m so blessed that they were able to help me like they was in also be as friendly as they are so in Ashlie is she’s smart she really knows what she’s doing so she helped me out a lot to get my award letter so they should be greatly appreciated by you and give them a raise

  Tina was amazing with helping me get most of my debt consolidated all in into one easy affordable payment. I’m glad I took a chance and walked in to her office. I was even able to pay off a horrible title loan I had with a company here so I’m truly happy.
