  Horrible business people only out to screw the customer and threatening them ... very pathetic excuse for workers. Won’t return. You would think a mans word would mean something now days but to these people they are just a waste of time.. very upset and will be reporting to the BBB highly recommend people do not go unless you want to be talked to by very pathetic people that will lie to your face. The need that they have to try and harass people who are nice people and threaten them after they have done no wrong is beyond me. So save your time and your patience and go to people who will treat you right! And this is Matthew smith and you do know exactly what I am talking about.. like I had said and I will continue to say that this is a very poor excuse for a business and the fact that you are so arrogant is just unbelievable. But like I had said I was the bigger man since I am not the type to screw anyone over.. unlike this business you run

  We are unaware of any situations that would have constituted the above comments from Ms. Golden. We have no record of her as a customer. Although we rarely have any dealings with the BBB, we have a good relationship with them and will work with them in anyway that is necessary.

  This is a descent pawn shop. I check out every pawn shop and they are on a scale of 1-10 about a 3. Very nice but only if you have something they want. Overpriced on guns and by a lot. Descent if you have never been to a pawn shop. Mike

  Made another great purchase at Pawn King. The Pawn King advantage is not that the staff is knowledgeable, which they are and many can make that claim, but that they are courteous and friendly people! A rare commodity this day and time!

  My Car was broken into and my GPS was taken ... I stopped in today to give the guy there the serial # of my GPS ... Just trying to do my part and asking of other local pawn shops I might try and in talking to the OWNER he said if your not liable for it then what's it matter to you? HELLO this is what is wrong with the world! Well for starters I'm out a $500 deductible, on top of the AGGRAVATION, cash, and personal items taken! That is the mentality that keeps him in business, I'm a fool to believe he would think otherwise! Sigh. On a side note: They have always been able to help with watch batteries for $6 CASH

  Traded a gun and paid the difference for a new one, great prices on guns and huge selection, store owners are great people and I'll definitely do all my gun shopping and trading here in the future
