  If I could give 6 stars I would! Vanessa is “da bomb”. She found me a spectacular home in Groveland and was much more qualified and competent than the seller’s agent. Ask for Vanessa and she’ll take care of all your desires!

  My fiancé and I recently purchased our first home and felt so fortunate to have Vanessa Renkel-Meyers as our real estate agent. She possessed compassion, professionalism, and reliability throughout the entire process. We felt as if she really listened to our wishes and guided us to our home. As we all know, 2020 and 2021 was a historic year for the housing market. Our fear was feeling too rushed by the pressure of sellers and other bidders, however, Vanessa took the process exactly at the pace we wished for while staying appropriately aggressive. We both felt comfortable with her right away, we felt like we could be honest and open as she was always able to clarify any questions or concerns we had. Vanessa definitely had her work cut out when we were getting through escrow, there were a lot of hurdles she handled with ease. She was able to communicate with professionalism and patience to the sellers in the thick of the process. It was obvious she had put in countless hours of work outside of our presence. She was always available when we needed her and had no problem making time for us around our crazy work hours. Vanessa is a fantastic realtor with a great heart, we genuinely see her now as our friend and want everyone to have the experience and pleasure of working with her. We love our new home and couldn’t be happier with how things went!

  Vanessa and Lauren are hands down the best realtors in the Groveland/Sonora area to work with. Once we notified them they were eager to live in this area (long time coming) to help find our vacation dream home. They both understood our vision that my wife and I had. Pine Mt Lake has been a vacation destination for 50 years and they made it happen. We are excited to create lasting memories for our family. Look no further than Vanessa and Lauren.

  We enlisted the help of the RE/MAX Gold crew last fall to buy a house in the Pine Mountain Lake area. It was an excellent choice and such a wonderful experience. Our agent, Vanessa Renkel-Meyers was all in, dedicated to finding the perfect place to suit our needs and fit our budget. Understanding that we lived quite a distance from PML at the time, Vanessa made herself available to us whenever we were in town. She was reliable, responsive, caring, and fun. We peppered her with questions about the area, the town, the properties, and the sites and found she was knowledgeable on all fronts. When she didn't know the answer, she'd connect with someone who did, most notably her business partner Lauree Borup, a treasure trove of business savvy and local knowledge, and provide us with an answer immediately. The two of them together were invaluable. Throughout the process, Vanessa also introduced us to several local folks and businesses in an effort to make us feel at home. She's got the 411 on all the restaurants in the Groveland area, provided tips on things to do and events to attend, and frankly, knows some of the nicest people I've met in years. Overall, the experience was easy, fun, and very successful. We love our new home!
