  I have a special circumstance. I am a real estate investor, I began in 1972. Lenders don't usually like lending to me because I don't have a W-2. I have too much non-cash deductions, such as depreciation. I heard of a private lender who did a very good job. He told me that as soon as I filled out the application he would typically fund the loan within about 10 days. I filled out all of the paperwork and waited for some offers. The offers were horrible, the best I could get was a double digit rate, one year term and more than $15,000 in fees. I heard that Fairway could help with connecting me with special circumstance lenders who are outside of their network. I contacted them expecting them to laugh like all of the other lenders do. Surprise!! The woman ♀️👠 answered the phone said that she would call back. She gave me a name and number. I was able to get a loan with a surprisingly low rate and long term. I have been telling my friends to call Fairway and finally realized that more people who are turned down need to know. So, I am posting here.

  ***CAUTION*** Went to them, was shuffled around, saw 3 different people before ending up with Jeff. We had a disagreement early on and he told me I could go somewhere else. So we did. Would not recommend these people. So much for shopping local.
