  Placed an application, went through the process and put a down payment for a rental. I had a great experience, given my background. Honesty on the initial application goes a long way. Tosha O’Neill assisted in this process. In my opinion she was helpful, and understood the urgency to get into a place. I GIVE MY EXPERIENCE 5 stars, the front desk receptionist Brandy was also very informative. Rather than base any opinions on one persons bad experience. I suggest walk-in and see what happens. Everyone has bad days, remember everyone is human, and sometimes people treat you, how you treat them.

  Tosha and Helena are great property managers. They handle problems, keep up on maintenance, they get properties rented with qualified tenants and their paperwork is easy to understand. This professional management team is the best. They have handled our rental properties for over 10 years and I highly recommend them to manage your rental property.

  The realtor we had for looking for a place was wonderful. This woman went above and beyond to help us find a place and so much more. We were using a VA Loan and she was comfortable and confident in handling it. When our loan officer wasn’t coming down on numbers she found us one that would, she recommended so many options to help us save money and time as well. Just so you know Remax, you have yourselves an excellent employee.

  I highly recommend the Re/Max team at Preferred Professionals! Helena is smart, beautiful and indeed a true professional! The team she has working for her are all pleasant and greet you with a friendly smile at all times. Tasha is on top of her game in business and you can trust that she will not hesitate to take care of you, addressing any and all concerns with a great attitude!   I contacted this real estate agent a couple months ago, Charmayne Keith to help me look at homes available for sale in Kingman, AZ. She took listings I was interested in plus added to my list with others she found newly listed. We spent a couple days checking out homes in the areas I was most interested in from 1/2 acre parcels to a repo, then new track homes and other homes in the Kingman area closer to town. She is the most professional, caring real estate agent in this area that I have met and worked with. She was patient when looking at homes and answered all my questions in a professional manner. I am so thankful to her and her team at remax for helping me find the perfect home that matches with desires, furniture and furnishings I have. You are awesome Charmayne!   I just wanted to say how satisfied I am with Tosha! If there is ever any issue with my rental she gets on it and sends someone as fast as she can. She's always friendly and positive. Every month when I go pay rent she has a smile on her face and always nice. Thank you so much for being that person! I recommend remax!

  My A/C unit stopped running properly during a heat wave in our beautiful desert community on a Saturday night of al things. I contacted the office first thing Sunday and they had someone at my home within a couple hours repairing my unit. I never have many issues with the rentals I’ve had through this particular company and have been with them for almost 7 years but when something does come up the office lady is on top of handling it so you can tell they not only care To take good care of the owners properties but also the renters needs as well.

  I moved back to town about year ago and have had an eye out for an affordable place since then. When I contacted Tosha about about a property that was perfect for me she gave me great advice about renting and the property itself. When I thought I was going to lose the unit due to a roommate situation she presented options and eventually the perfect solution. Tosha was so professional but also personally attentive which I appreciated. Brandi, who works the front desk is super nice and patient. I often am fumbling and forgetting things but she always knows what's going on. When I popped in to see Tosha unannounced, Helena took the time to introduce herself as she remembered my name from my application. Often, customer service can come across as disingenuous but not at this business. It's immediately noticeable that the staff work well with one another and with their clients. They care about what they do and how they serve their clients. I'm so grateful to Tosha and all the staff that helped me get into my new place!

  I just want to give a most appreciative shout out and a huge thank you to Helena Baughman and Tosha O'Neil at Re/Max Preferred Professionals here in Kingman, AZ. I've been a rental customer with Re/Max for five years now, and up to this point it's been a good relationship. When the pandemic struck us early last year, Helena, Tosha and the Re/Max staff stepped up to serve their customers in all necessary regards. They made us feel safe, and went over and beyond normal service standards in assisting those of us struggling with the virus to maintain a balanced and positive perspective for our recovery and towards a better future. I would recommend to anyone who is in need of a rental property or is looking to buy a home on the market, to contact Helena and Tosha.   The most unprofessional agent. Had keys for 6 months. My property was burgled and vandalised. I had to have police get involved. Change locks and fix many broken windows. Had squatters. I owned property for over 30 years. Never had one issue .until Re max got my keys. And after I changed locks 6 months later. She asked for new keys???. Never showed it once or took photos in 6 months. Waste of time and caused me lots of damage stress and MONEY. The worst exsperience. I do not recomend Re max at all. Try another agency.
