  I'm an old goat who was selling some property. I'm pretty clueless about real estate transactions, so needed lots of help along the way. Jesica Wanland and Wendy Hassel were incredibly responsive. Phone calls were returned within minutes, and emails were responded to immediately. When we spoke on the phone, they were understanding, knowledgeable, and personable. I can't think of a single thing they could have done better.

  I'm a long time Realtor in Kingman AZ and I've used every Title & Escrow Company that's come to town, but once you find the best it's very hard to use any other. I expect a lot from an escrow officer, I expect them to answer the phone or at least call me back quickly, I expect them to keep me updated at all times, and I expect them to get work done in a timely manner, basically I expect them to treat me like I treat my clients. I found Sarah Staube at Pioneer Title Agency about 10 years ago and her professionalism and work ethic won me over. I've been working with her and her team almost exclusively ever since. I'm sure Sarah treats all her clients the same, but I can tell you she makes me feel special, important and heard..She's Fantastic.. I recommend Pioneer Title Agency and Sarah Staube to everyone.   Friendly staff and happy to help. Not often the person you call actually answers the phone these days. And only needed to call once. If this service is needed again will be using them.
