  Great Experience April Edwards is very respectful and treated us like family from day one. This was our 3rd home mortgage with April! She’s always there for any questions and problems to help me through the process. Easy and very convenient to communicate with her through text she replied in timely manner. We even closed a week early. It was a pleasure to work with them on our home loan. Highly recommend them!!

  April and her staff have been amazing to work with! They are attentive to my buyer’s needs and have been great about communicating the progress of the loan in a timely manner. I know that this loan was a difficult one but they have walked my buyer through each step. They are a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them again!

  At first I didn't recognize the name because this place use to be called Gold water or Gold something. It was the address that tipped me off as the same place! Not sure why the name change but thought it weird. I went in quite a while back to get a home loan and dealt with April Edwards. At first she seemed friendly, confident, and outgoing. After almost a year of missed meetings, her never being in her office, being told everything was going great I lost several homes I was interested in because she wasn't timely in getting things done. After the second home seller got tired of being pushed on escrow for the third time I decided to go with a whole new lending company.since changing I was in my new home within 2 months. It took April Edwards more than 6 months and still nothing. I'd never recommend her! The reviews are all over the place but I feel for the people she's wronged.

  Axia is awesome, everyone was so helpful & encouraging. April Edwards was the best, she walked me through everything & always told me everything would work out! I am now 22 & own my very first home! Thank you Axia & April! Will definitely recommend ☺️

  Total experience from beginning to end was just amazing. It had to be the best service we have ever received from a lending institution. Everyone we had contact with was friendly and very professional. And the entire transaction took place in a very short period of time. Outstanding service. Highly recommend.

  Axia is horrible. I mean, how can you properly do your job when no one is ever in your office???? If I could, I would honestly give NO stars. Doesn't seem very confidential if the paper work is tossed around willy nilly.

  Laura Mata and the entire staff did such and amazing job, they took care of every aspect of my home loan and treated me like family, I would recommend them to everyone..Everything was on time and explained in detail..I have a home loan company for life!!!!!

  You'll be waiting for your social security checks before this company even does their job. I was originally warned by my realtor to NOT go with this company. From the reviews I read and further research, I'm glad that I changed my mind and went elsewhere. Really do your research before settling on a loan company.
