Roger Smith2I understand this is not a Co-Op network ATM so I knew there would be some fee to withdraw from my Credit Union account. I feel the $4.50 is a bit high in comparison. I got my money and went inside to break one of the 20's into 2 10's, since all they give out are 20's. The teller asked if I was a member, no I was not. She was unable to change a single bill for me since I was NOT a member there even though I had paid a fee to GET the money! We are moving to the area and I am kind of looking for a replacement Credit Union for mine. I now know that this one WILL NOT be the one I go to!

Deanna Jones1Worst customer service! My husband and I sold our house in Washington and purchased a house in Kingman. We attempted to open an account here but the teller said they were not accepting new members. My husband tried to explain that we are members of a credit union in Washington and that we wanted to move the proceeds from the sale of our home to Kingman. The teller just kept repeating that they are not accepting new members. My husband Said well I guess we’ll be looking for a new credit union to transfer our money to. A lady behind the counter just to the left of the teller, said “good”. Then went out to the ATM, only to find they don’t have shared banking either. If they ever start accepting new members again, stay away, stay far away. Your better off with a bank.

Linda Shelley5I have been with the Mohave Community Federal credit union since 1980's the people treat you like family. I love the fact that when you walk in they welcome me by using my first name.. I can't imagine going to a bank they have served me well. I will continue to stay with them until I am heaven bound.

John Waters2I echo one of your customers statements from a year ago. First time I can remember paying $4.50 or anything close to that for a simple cash withdrawal.....even from a bank. Because you say you are a Federal Credit Union may mislead other credit unions customers traveling through, or moving to the area, seeking you out, wanting to get cash quickly from their credit union. May sour them from using your services in the future. JMO

Steve Edmunds2Never before have I encountered a ATM fee at a network credit union until today..... Credit unions have been known for allowing other credit unions on the network to provide additional services to their members.... NOT THIS ONE!

jared harmon1The only thing I could say that's good about this so called credit Union is the Teller Lady that tried to help me was really nice and tried to make sure I had everything I needed to open a account, However they will not deal with you if they don't feel like it, I had $250 dollars in cash to open the account, and I had a $70,000.00 check from my structured settlement to deposit, but they turned me down just because I was new to the area and live with my parents until I could get my check to clear but they messed that up, I had a piece of mail and three forms of ID but because the mail was from D.E.S. and said it could be mailed anywhere even know I had to have proof to D.E.S. to get that sent to me, they just don't want to deal with people, not unless you drive a Porsch or look like your old and have allot of money, I find there new account staff very rude, and belittling.
