We give them a “10” for their excellent customer service, and we would certainly work with them again. Think of all the real estate companies in the Murphy area. During our transaction, they were most helpful in giving us realistic pricing advice for a sale of our Murphy, North Carolina acreage. Overall, our real estate experience was very professional.   After having my house on the market last year and no luck selling it I decided I would take the advice of a wise man and go to the Poltrock team. Wow what a difference!! I had more showings in 2 weeks with John than I had with the previous company over a 6 month period. Everyone on the team is great and really is an expert in their area. Response time is great with calls, texts and emails. We had a buyer back out and the house was put back on the market and we had even more offers. It was handled so well that I had almost no anxiety/stress. Now we close July 9! Thanks so much to the entire team!!
