  I have banked with BB & T for the past 13 years. Had my auto insurance with them and never had a problem. Now that they have become Truist it has been one thing after another. I called to stop pmt on a check and the girl that answered the phone told me she was the only person in the bank and couldnt help me. Since when does only 1 person stay in the bank?Needless to say I am done with them and changing banks.

  Been to this particular Truist two times!! The staff is rude so rude like your an inconvenience to them. Will never go to this one again. They all need re training on how to treat clients. I’m pretty sure they can type in my name to see I have an account!! Very lazy and unprofessional.

  This bank is in a convenient location, I go here at least twice a month, if I'm unable to venture to one of the other locations...yet I'm almost always asked if I have an account with them. The lady that took care of me today, not one of the clerks, but a desk holder...asked if I had an account with them, as well as for my social security number, all while holding my license in her hand. Just type in the info and you'll see that I've had an account with BB&T since 2004! I'd recommended trying to make long term patrons feel a little more welcome. Definitely didn't feel that way today.

  Monica Abad at the Murphy, NC branch is awesome. She knows her banking and has exceptional PR skills. We are fortunate to have her in Murphy!!

  Website “open hours” indicate 9 am, but when calling at 9:45 the voice message is still stating “closed”. Please change website hours to indicate correct business hours.

  Banker was unhelpful and refused to open an account for me just because my address on my driver's license was wrong. Had to drive to the next town over where they actually treated me like a customer and helped me out. Maybe some extra training should be done here.

  We have always had a great experience with BB&T in Murphy and in Tampa. Friendly and helpful.

  Literally the worst bank I've ever dealt with. I made the mistake of opening an account with them and it was one of the worst mistakes I've ever made. Rip off central.
