  This is our 2nd time staying at this little cabin by the lake Nottely. Have everything you need for a relaxing stay. Private, lake front, clean with 2 bedrooms with king size beds. Definitely will return

  We are 15 year veterans in the vacation rental world... from Colorado to Key West. I rented Rustic Retreat for two nights. The house was really clean (kudos to Cozy Cove), and well appointed, well stocked and a great lay out for six adults and one Grand (kudos to the homeowner). I do think requiring guests to visit the office is archaic, especially since guests must manage the application and payment online. I was not crazy about additional fees for more than four people when I rented and paid for a three bedroom house. I also was not a fan of having to wash towels before check out at 10 am (told to me at check in - not online). Six people taking showers and waiting for hot water heater to recover and trying to leave by 10 am and paying a cleaning fee on top of that was not my idea of a fun morning. All in all, Rustic Retreat is a beautiful and large cabin but the total fees paid were not the best value in my opinion. In winter you can see the sunset but my guess in the summer you won’t have a view. Nor the lake. Spend your money wisely.

  The cabin was nice. But the office controlled the Thermostat and we kept waking up to a temp of 60 Degrees! It is Winter in the mountains! My Daughter had to go buy a huge blanket just to Stay warm. My phone fell in the couch and I had To move the cushions to get it. It was So Nasty Under the cushions! Dirty socks, Trash. When you pay A thousand dollars to stay for 3 nights you expect the best and During the winter Heat Is a Necessity!

  Beautiful cabin on Nottely Lake. Don’t stay unless you own a cleaning company. We were charged a cleanup fee of $75 for literally a piece of lint on, get this, the garage floor we didn’t catch. The place was left spotless otherwise. We’ve rented from them before but there are apparently better renters that aren’t looking for extra revenue streams through fines.

We only had one guest that was charged an extra cleaning fee; because they did not bag all the trash from the numerous fireworks they used at the cabin (in violation of the rental policies they agreed to).

  This rental company is a joke. We rented a cabin on the lake from them. The cabin itself was just okay, nothing spectacular for the cost. It was not well built but was fine for the family getaway. The amenities do not exist though you pay luxury rates, this was by far no luxury cabin. We rented the River Lake Lodge, which has since been purchased according to the lawn care guy. So I'll break this down quickly Pros: Decently private Boat dock Large home Cons: Old beds Old linens Old technology for luxury price TV downstairs did not work. Game room missing lots of pieces to games Walk to dock is down very steep hill. Management company is very petty. 10 am check out time, even though they want you to do their laundry for them They don't discuss important details that would hinder rental So we were charged a clean up fee because they claimed we broke a screen door, which we certainly did not. They also charged a fee because a piece of wood was used in the grill. When I didn't even use their grill as I had brought my own. In fact the lady at the rental place even commented on seeing my grill with me. I find it funny that this company also requires you to wash the towels you use, and to remove all linens from beds so they can be more efficient yet they will complain if someone uses the hot tub. Well I will never rent from them again and I'll make sure all of my social media friends steer clear of them as well. There are much better rental places out there, please use one of those and not give this company your business.

  We appreciate the feedback from all our guests. Unfortunately this guest brought a dog to the cabin without our knowledge or authorization and used the hot tub as a swimming pool for the dog. The charges were for the additional cleaning necessary upon his departure & damage to a screen door. We will forward his comments to the cabin owner and management.

  Will never use this company again. The rental Lake Escape was not clean when we arrived. (Toothpaste spit on the mirror and dirty shower) This house is INFESTED with ants. They were all over the kitchen, in the drawers and cabinets. I called and complained and was told I would receive our cleaning deposit back and that an exterminator would be called but never was. After we left we got a call about fabricated damage and I was told o would be recharged the cleaning fee. When I asked for pictures I was given pictures of typical wear and tear on old furniture (which we did not wven use during our stay) and no actual damage. We had several children ans used a large number of blankets. I washed towels as i was asked and started a load of sheets to be helpful but was asked why i had pulled comforters off the beds. I am guessing this means they do not clean all of the blankat a that are used during each stay. This company (Deborah) is very unprofessional and the house is not worth the money. Stay anywhere else on Lake Nottely.

  We definitely appreciate the feedback and the cabin was inspected & cleaned just hours before the guests' arrival. The guest contacted us the following day with a complaint that was handled immediately to her satisfaction. The guest did not report any problems or issues after that second day. The pest control service was not able to locate any problem, and previous guests did NOT have any issues. Upon inspection at their departure, damage was discovered and the check out instructions were not followed. The guest was contacted immediately. Every courtesy was extended to this guest timely and professionally. We understand & appreciate her concerns however with the condition they left the cabin in, we had no choice but to charge them accordingly.

  We stayed in the cozy cove cabin by the lake. The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was very private, beautiful fireplace, relaxing in the jacuzzi you will see deer walk by all while facing the lake watching fish jump and birds fly in, it’s steps from the water and it’s like your at the base of the mountain so the views and wildlife are amazing. Customer service at the office far exceeded any I have ever dealt with. She even helped us find lodging for our dogs locally. Pets are welcome but we had adventures planned and creating them in a cabin all day would have been yucky for them. The pictures online look outdated but I promise you will not be disappointed! This cabin has everything you need except your food. Check in and check out was extremely easy. Im actually about to book again. Don’t miss out on this one because it’s a diamond for sure. It is situated between blue ridge and Blairsville so there is access to both towns to find things to do with a short drive.

  Have to admit I was surprised to find negative reviews. Every time we stay with Cozy Cove, the homes have been lovely. We did have a couple of problems (separate visits) but they were handled quickly each time. The area is beautiful and we keep coming back!

  Because of this crazy Covid19 virus, we are all having to cancel plans that we might have made prior. But Cozy Cove Cabin Rentals in Blairsville, GA is taking advantage of that situation and charging $125. cancellation fee. We booked a cabin in February to stay the first of July and just found out the family reunion would not be possible because of travel restrictions for some. Even though we are cancelling 6 weeks ahead, they are still charging the enormous fee. I think they could still rent the cabin with no problem. We have not done anything that should cost $125.00. We will never stay with them again!

  Both buying and selling a place, this is place to find competent, friendly and knowledgeable people. They know the mountain area well and have the professional contacts in various fields to really move the process along. Great experience with Cozy Cove Realty and their staff over the years.
