  Natalie helped us find the home we were looking for. We first had another realtor who was hard to get a hold of, and not answering our messages. He finally said he really could not help us much and referred us to Natalie. She was the answer to our prayers. She would stay on top of things and always had our best interest at heart. We would most highly recommend her to anyone else. She is extremely professional and knows her job well. She will give you her advice but lets you make all final decisions. She made the whole process of buying a home a pleasure.

  I was referred to Natalie by a colleague last year when I was selling my first home. She did such an amazing job where she was able to sell my home above asking price BEFORE it even went on the market! Naturally, I reached out to Natalie again when I was ready to purchase a new home. Natalie was extremely attentive to my needs and responded to all of my questions immediately. Purchasing a home is such a wonderful experience, but it is also a very scary process. Natalie made me feel very valued and respected as she researched and answered my many questions. She also sent several requests to other listing agents about property details I wanted information on. The process moved along so smoothly, as Natalie also provided me with a great lender referral. This made the entire process a great experience with absolutely no headache. I was also able to bargain with the Seller to reduce my offer to purchase a home warranty with her help. I would highly recommend Natalie to anyone who is interested in either selling or buying a home.

  We closed on our first home in September 2011. I was very nervous since I have heard so many horror stories about other people's experiences with buying a home. Natalie Was very positive and reassuring the entire process. She was very knowledgeable and made sure we were informed with every step in the process. She referred the best lender and our process was very smooth. I am so thankful that we chose Natalie as our realtor.   I can't think of any event in life quite like selling or buying a house. It is probably the most money we will ever have riding on a single deal. At the same time, it is a complicated transaction we make so infrequently that we know very little about the dangers waiting for us every step of the way. I thank God, literally, for having Natalie Carrado take the point in walking us through the real estate mine field. Without being the least bit pushy, she answered our questions and gave wise advice. Natalie was a valuable, knowledgeable "friend in the diamond business." She helped us every step of the way from deciding how much time, effort and money to invest in getting the house on the market, when to list it, setting a price and maybe most importantly, handling the other realtors, their buyers and their demands. Not every realtor has the best interest of their client at heart and even if they do not all of them have the skills, experience and knowledge to tactfully control the negotiations. Taking the pressure off of us, she handled the regulations and paperwork to deliver a win win experience. We were confident our house was in the right hands and were able dream sweet dreams instead of the nightmares I normally expect in a stressful transaction. Working with Natalie ended up with us accepting an offer that was over the asking price from a family that will be good for the neighborhood and neighbors that we care about. I would like to keep her as a secret weapon, but without hesitation I would recommend Natalie to any friend or family member.

  Natalie is absolutely AMAZING!!! She was always there for us to answer questions or set up showings. My wife and I were having a little bit of trouble finding the right home and were becoming discouraged. Natalie was always positive and reminded us that it would all work out. Not only did she find a perfect home for us, but she did so without us having to get into a bidding war! I HIGHLY recommend Natalie!!!   Natalie was an amazing realtor for my wife and I! She helped us purchase our first home. Since we were first time home buyers she helped us walk through the process of what to expect, what to look for, she kept in touch with us even when there wasn't a ton of news so that we would know paper was being processed. She was available to look at houses even though it was new years day and other people were on vacation. She was incredible. Ultimately we found a house that we didn't even have to get in a bidding war for. Loved using Natalie and highly recommend her

  My dear friend & Realtor, Natalie Carrado, sold my townhome the 1st day on the market ($250k price range)! She also sold my Parker, CO home last year, in 3 days ($425K+ price range)! If you are buying or selling, I highly recommend Natalie! Even when the sweetest offer came over, one that I was ready to accept, Natalie discussed all possible options with me, then she asks for more and gets it! Natalie has her clients' best interests in mind! She is a Master at social networking & advertising. What I appreciated the most is Natalie's quick response time and availability.   I was one of the many people laid off in 2020 because of Colorado shutdowns and my industry was hit incredibly hard (restaurants). I was finally able to find a job, but it was in another state. While trying to work out the logistics of packing up my life after living in Colorado for 23 years/17 in my house I turned to a Natalie Carrado. After so many years there were little things I wanted to fix before I put it on the market to get the best price possible. Natalie referred me to a handyman who, after looking at my house, said he might be interested in buying it. With no time in the market, and no added stress to my having to coordinate getting the place turn key ready or negotiating, my place sold in my timeframe and I made a profit that allowed me to be debt free with enough money for a down payment on a new place.
