  Had a great experience refinancing our mortgage in California. The app made it easy to ensure that all of our documents were housed in the same place, and we could easily ensure that everything was submitted correctly and on time. Tom made sure that we had enough knowledge to comfortable but not so much that we were overwhelmed and up all night worrying. Thanks for making this process seamless Tom.

  Tom is the best of the best and was so incredible to work with. He was always available to hop on the phone and answer any questions we had and made the whole process feel very easy! He’s very personable, caring and funny and always had our best interest at heart. His assistant Jen is amazing too! Can’t recommend them enough!!

  Tom was hands down the best. He made us feel like we were his only client and his top priority. He would respond to any question we had at any time of the day. He would make sure that I had as much clearlity to the mortgage process and never left me just hanging in the wind. It doesn't matter if you a first time home buyer or just looking to refinance, Tom is your guy! Don't over think it and give Tom a call. I promise he will make it worth your time!

  I have worked with Tom for the past 3 years. I have purchased 2 properties with him and my experience has been far superior to other brokers I reached out to. Tom is easy to get ahold of and will answer calls/ texts at any time. One of my deals had complications with the lender in the final hour and Tom went above and beyond to get me across the finish line.   Tom was the best mortgage broker! We started discussing with him over a year ago what we needed to do to be able to buy in this competitive sellers market. He got back to us right away and was always available whenever we had questions no matter how small our questions were. We moved back to the Denver from out of state so it was important to us to have someone who is familiar with the local market. Also, most of the process is online so that made it very easy from the application, uploading documents and signing documents. He got us an excellent rate and was quick to get a pre-approval letter to our realtor when making an offer. He kept us up to date with all of the deadlines throughout the mortgage process. We are so happy that we chose him as we now own a home with a great mortgage! Best of all is that he is a great genuine person as well. We highly recommend Tom for any mortgage needs. We will definitely use him in the future and refer him to our friends.

  Tom Stafford went way above and beyond in so many aspects. He kept us informed every step of the way and also provided a weekly video update on what was currently going on even if the ball was not in our court. Having something like that is so helpful when navigating the homering process if it’s not something you do in any sort of regular basis. Highly recommend Edge Home Finance and particularly Tom Stafford.

  We have used Tom in 2016 when we bought our first home here in Littleton and then again when we refinanced in 2020. Even though he changed companies, his work ethic and care was the same! He is really personable and works with you to get you the best rate! Highly recommend!
