  We just had the most wonderful experience here! The building itself is new, clean, and modern. The first time I entered, I felt welcomed in and the staff member was able to answer all of my questions quickly and made me feel at home. Then my husband and I went back today to get some documents notarized - and all of the staff are notary trained - and they were so kind and capable. We are ENT members but plan to do lots more banking here as they showed us how much they care about great service and truly taking care of customers. Thank you!!

  Excellent customer service! I've been banking with Ent for about 2 years. Recently had an issue with fees being inexplicably charged to my business account. I went into the lobby on Saturday. Unfortunately, their business banking rep was unavailable. However, the tellers I worked with, Carol and Xavier, coordinated with the business banking department and had my issue resolved first thing Monday morning. Thank you for such a fast response!

  I had gone into the branch and opened an account which was great BUT in the process they offered me 14 month w/ 0% APR and when I had applied to it through, Matt Stack a Member Service Representative, he gave me the impression I was approved and he showed me that I was all good on his computer!...and then stated, "wait about 2-3 weeks and your card will be in and you enter your credit cards in and that when they will transfer over" well its about 5 weeks now I haven't heard from him nor Ent on this matter and I called in to learn it was actually denied for what ever reason. All I'm sayin, it that it very disappointing that I've been working on my credit for so long and was encouraged to take this deal and now it feels as if it was ripped from under me! and that my easy account sign up was miss leading and now I would not refer my friends to this bank.

  Very friendly service and the $200 bonus for opening a new checking account by June 30 was enough to entice me to give ENT a try!

  They wont let you open a checkings if your credit isnt perfect so dont waste your time like I did. They false advertised and I drove two hours to open an account.

  If you plan to come and use the atm to avoid service fees, it won't dispense the money you want. Worthless trip for new credit Union in the area. Won't be back
