  I had an exceptional experience with Regla. It took us about a year to find our forever home and our realtor was patient the whole way. We saw what seemed like a million homes and she remained professional and upbeat. She has a ton of experience and knowledge with the buying process. I felt comfortable working with her as she was easy to reach and was willing to answer all of my questions. Most importantly, she never made me feel pressured to get into a home just because it was taking too long. On the contrary, I felt she genuinely cared about my husband and I being happy with the house purchase. We also used her services after the home purchase to rent our 3 apartments. She goes far and beyond for her clients therefore I highly recommend this realtor.

  As first time home buyer we had a great experience. We had time restrictions on finding a home. Ms.Lopez, the broker at RCL Realty was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, dependable and most of all honest. She is very experienced in real estate and mortgages, and made the negotiations as stress-free as possible! would recommend her to all the home buyers.

  Reggie was committed to helping us find a home! She spent many months with us searching, while keeping a positive attitude, event as we were loosing hope of finding the right home. I highly recommend her, as she is very honest with her opinions and made us realize a lot of positives and negatives about the properties we saw.   After going through so many other companies, we found our match with Regla. Time, dedication, patience etc.. We moved to Jersey from Brooklyn; she went above and beyond to work with our crazy schedule. Not only did she help us find our beautiful home, she made purchasing our first home a truly wonderful experience.

  Buyers and Renters Beware! Companies like this are why people don't trust brokers. We were shown a fully renovated unit and promised ours would be identical. Upon move-in date, the cabinets were old and roach infested and the bathroom had not been changed either. We have spent two weeks contacting the broker -Melissa Cocco- who only sent a nasty text and never answered her phone. We are stuck in this apartment because our old lease has expired. If you're wondering why the management didn't fix the problem for us, we were told that it was never the management who promised us a renovated unit in the first place, just the broker trying to close her sale. Tried contacting the above number and they accepted Melissa's STORY as truth instead of the customer.
