  Customer service is good but they say you are approved when you not. No one answers the phone nor keep you updated with your application. 30 percent for interest is ridiculous as well. If you want a loan go through your local credit union.

  I would like to take a moment to thank One Main Financial! Charles Howard was phenomenal in getting me the funds I needed. The funds were available in my account the very next day. I was able to take care of the small nagging bills on my plate and wrap them up in a reasonable monthly payment. Charles customer service skills and proficiency, I certainly appreciated.   The rate of interest is excessively high like 29%. When you pay you monthly back, you won't be able to tell the difference. Unless you pay the entire amount at once, which is not maybe possible for everyone with a loan. They are profiting off people's sorrow.

  Never did a review in my life. Never intended to do one also, but what I experienced from one main financial I could've never imagined. The experience there was horrible and I regret even giving them a chance. I was given false hope and driven into a path of rejection. Never told me the requirements or needs for approval. They made it sweet and simple. In the end it resulted in denial and my credit score going down. If I was told beforehand what could be reasons why I wouldn't be approved. I would have never have gave them my information and just left the office. If you're looking for a personal loan to help you with your credit score. We'll try another option because one main will only help you make it worse!!!

  My loan officer, Anna V., was great! She provided loan information and took time to answer all of my questions. I did not at any time feel rushed or pressured. She clearly explained options for repayment. I would recommend One Main to anyone who is looking for a loan.
