      Worst customer service ever!! I have been a customer with capital one for years now. I have multiple accounts with them and coming here to this branch made not want have accounts with them. I came in today to get some information regarding a business account. The lady who was “ helping me “ said. I need your business documents to see if we can help you today, if not we have to set you up with an appointment. “ she told me to wait. Once she called me to the front, she said “ for this type of account you have to make an appointment “ right there I wasn’t interested, why? 1. A simple hi how are you, what brings you in today? Changes everything. 2. At least give your customers some information about the business accounts? Not even a flyer was given! Not even a business card was given! 3. Customers want to feel welcomed and not pushed away especially loyal customers! Or even new business customers. 4. I called the branch 3 times, to ask if I have to set up an appointment but guess what? They never answered the phone. 5. She told me to open a business account a need a 250$ deposit. How are you going to tell me something like this and not give me no information about opening a business account? When I walk into branch I felt like they weren’t even interested on talking to me! I walked out not wanting to business with them. All I wanted was help and information since I’m a new business owner, but I didn’t get that from this location. This location is the reason why I’m canceling all of my accounts and moving on with another bank. I rather give my service to someone else.

      I did a currency exchange the other day. The teller told me that it’ll take 10-15 for the money to show on my bank account. There was no cash option or at least she didn’t tell me. She almost didn’t give me a receipt or anything if I didn’t ask. I left the bank with doubts feeling. Today is the seventh day and the balance hasn’t reflected on my account yet which I will continue to monitor until the 15th day. No activity posted on my account for example such as pending amount or anything. Wonder if this is a normal procedure.

      Was a great place to bank for years, Thier policies really Su*k! Now! I've made my capitol one car payment here in person for years. I pay cash and everytime they request ID? I'm just making a payment, not taking out money. Since I've accidentally miss placed my wallet and drivers license which I've told them up front and offered my capotial one 360 card and statement is all I have at the moment, they refused my cash auto loan payment in cash??? Demanded a passport or photo ID which I'm unfortunately without at the moment It's either fake or real! I don't recommend this bank at all and now my payment is late even I was there to pay it on time Shame on them! What security? Cash is Cash a legal tender! I've spent an hour on the phone 10/22 explained I've lost my ID sadly in my wallet and asking what other way I can pay before it's late? What a struggle, Customer service with poor English speaking but nice lady Otherwise, I've got nowhere with them. Since why Does cash need Id Iif it'it's legit Follup 10/25 2021 I've made a call after hours and was given an option to pay with my bank routing number but customer service never offered that at all just moneygram or western union I'm really disappointed with this bank.

      This is my go to bank. Been a member for years with several accounts. So I did some work and got a check made out to/ pay to the order of "Cash". The check itself was from a business LLC account that is a Capt One Check also. The teller who obviously doesn't know her job tells me the check has a issue and she can't cash it not giving me a real reason besides contacting the owner of check! Making it unconventional on a weekend with these already short banking hours! This whole closing on a Friday at 5pm when people are barley out of work is annoying! So I call the person who wrote the check whom called capt one after where a rep said nothing was wrong with his account or checks. So I scan it on mobile. Guess What? It went through no issues but now a hold until Tuesday because of course its always a process with yall! I called the Capt customer service who also stated " they dont see why the check was stated as an issue" as they can also verify the check was fine and in good standing, but they also can't even stop the processing! Please educated your tellers to execute their jobs correctly espically on a 3hr work day! Definitely didnt feel like a cared customer of 10yrs +... This isnt the first issue with yall either where yall customers come last!

      I would like to thank the employees in this branch of Capital One for the high level of dealing, the distinguished service, and the comfortable atmosphere, especially the branch manager, Andrea, as well as Victor, who helped me open an account for my company . These procedures take time and require documents, as well as explanations, questions and answers. He explained and simplified. I recommend dealing with this branch.

      Bank tellers Are Discusting Rude Especially a teller name VICTOR i believe he is the lead teller. The person that was taking care of opening my business Account was Johnathan which did an AMAZING job, Johnathan is very professional at this job he definitely deserve an increase in Pay and is a great asset to the company. I was in the branch for more than 1hr and VICTOR was very disrespectful to customers is yelling at them and making them feel uncomfortable he requires more training in customer service. Thats why I give this branch a 1 star However, I will give Johnathan a 10 STAR ⭐️.

      Capital One Bank in union is a amazing bank. When I enter that atmosphere was very professional. I sat down and a nice young lady acknowledged me right away. Then a wonderful lady by the name of Diana put the cherry on top. She was very professional to the point and what she told me was correct. Excellent place!

      Sophia is the best!!!!!👍🏽 She helps me with whatever I need and I even educate myself on information on the benefits that this bank provides for its clients and that I was totally unaware of !!.

      Busy location. I wouldn't recommend it you're in a rush. Staff is nice and helpful. Giving a 2 star because of the long wait. You can wait over 20minutes to withdraw $20 if you don't have a debit card or need specific bills. On top of that, they took out the withdrawal and deposit slips off the lobby. You have to go to a teller and fill out the slip there... which adds to the wait time for you and everybody else behind you.

      I Am A Brinks Worker That Service This Bank. The Employees Here Do Not Let Us Use The Bathroom. I Understand They Don’t Let Customers Use The Restroom But I Work For The Federal & Should Be Able To Use the Bathroom When On Route. Please Change That.
