  I am writing this review from my husband Andy who isn’t very tech savvy. Going with Omega financial services was the best decision I ever made. As a first time homeowner I was really nervous and scared about the process and how everything would go. Mr. Michael was the biggest blessing to come into my life and to help me with this process. Being that my credit score wasn’t that great either Mr. Michael still was able to help me and I was able to get approved for my first home. The staff at Omega and their service is impeccable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone to use Omega financial services whether you’re a first time home owner or not.I am forever grateful for the experience that omega financial services gave me throughout the process of buying my first home. Mr. Michael would go out of his way and his employees as well to make sure that I was being notified of everything that was going on, to make sure that I was comfortable with everything that was going on and also to make sure that everything was running smoothly. Using Omega financial services I can truly say will make your home buying process easy and will make you feel comfortable and taken care of. Mr. Michael & Omega Financial Services truly made my year.   We have just closed on a loan we've gotten with Omega Financial and this has probably been the best experience I've ever had with any business in New Jersey!!! I would give 10 stars if I could! I could not ever imagine that a process of getting a mortgage can be so rewarding. We were buying a 3 family home, That had tons of problems and concerns and was overall under a lot of pressure. I experienced mortgage lenders before but they always document and torture you to death. With Omega, this has turned out to be the opposite of what I expected and the best part of our purchase transaction. Mr. Michael and his team was above and beyond all expectations, supporting us every step of the way, returning our calls in minutes, even after-hours, patiently explaining all the details of the process, and calming us down. We were given even a better rate than they originally promised and approved for a loan in just three weeks! In our case, this was crucial because the seller insisted on a short mortgage, or we were to lose our $50,000 down payment contingency in the contract and we had to move very fast to get the house. All bankers and brokers we spoke to previously told us that those terms were quite unrealistic. Any minor delay with a lender would simply throw us out of the contract. This made us very hesitant about going into contract at all, but Mr. Michael promised that he will be able to get us a loan on time, and we closed even earlier than we expected. Therefore, if not for Mr. Michael, we would have never gotten the house we loved and truly wanted. I don't have enough words to describe my gratitude to Mr. Michael and his team including Josh! Omega is now our trusted lender forever and we will wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody and everyone who will listen.

  Omega Financial was the soul reason I was able to buy my first home. They are very fast and clear when communicating important matters. They are not quick to just give up when running into problems. Instead they find a solution to make sure you get your dream house. I've done business with them multiple times over the years and I have never had a bad experience. And now I'm in the process of buying another home with Omega.

  Peggy Velez and her team are exceptionally amazing. Although the entire mortgage process was stressful and overwhelming, they helped me ease the process as much as they could.
