  Exceptional buying experience! I was looking for an Infiniti CPO G37X for my wife and had the extreme good fortune to work with Marty Scott. Not only did he help my wife Susan find a great car, he guided us through the entire purchasing process in a courteous & professional manner that made everything so easy Even though we also had a trade-in vehicle to consider, Marty handled all the requisite transactions smoothly and quickly for us providing a very pleasant and stress-free deal.   A great hassle free buying experience with Roy Salyer. No pressure. Roy answered all of my questions and was very patient with me during the buying process.   What a great experience I had buying a used car back and forth I said what I need to get and they met my needs . Courteous salesman named Brett took care of me. The general manager worked on the deal for 2 days to get me to where I needed to be on my trade for a guy that buys a lot of cars this was a great experience. I have brought a lot of new cars this was a Memorable experience.

  I leased a new JX35 a little more than a week ago, and I am still shocked by the whole experience at Ray Catena! What a difference! I received nothing short of excellent, first rate service from my sales person, Ronnie. After agreeing on a price over the phone, I asked Ronnie what I was going to get hit with when I came in to sign the paperwork. He told me Ray Catena Infiniti was different and that I will only be speaking with him. No finance guy, no sales manager, no one telling me that I had to pay for window etching, undercoating, tire insurance...etc. The paperwork was signed in 5 minutes and I was enjoying my great new Infiniti! By far, this was the best dealership experience I have ever had. I'm telling everyone about it and looking forward to many years of great service!

  I stopped in to check out some lease options on a new Infiniti Q50, and Dan Lynes was MORE than helpful. He went over all of the new options in the vehicle, showed me around to some other options of vehicles, discussed price ranges, and gave me the feeling that there was absolutely NO pressure. I did not make a final decision on which Infiniti to go with, but as soon as I do, DAN is the ONLY one I will be dealing with at Bridgewater, and this is the ONLY Infiniti Dealer I will give my business to now. Hope his Managers know that Dan is an asset, and anyone I know looking for a car, I'm sending his way!! Thanks Dan!

  This is one of the best experience I have had at a car dealership. We went there last month to look at the new QX60 and were very well recieved. Worked with John D. and Chuck on the deal and he gave us all the options we could have. We had never leased a car and this time around we got a good lesson in all the options when it comes to leasing and why it might be a better option than buying. I will definitely be going back to this dealership when I look for my next car.

  My wife and I did one-stop shopping at Ray Catena Infiniti. I leased a G37XS and my wife leased a JX. Mark, who since has been promoted to Sales Manager, and Charles, the General Manager, truly were the ultimate professionals. They made us feel right at home without being pushy or fake. Truly genuine guys who were naturals at making the process of purchasing cars enjoyable from start to finish. This is the only car dealership where I honestly can say that I enjoy visiting every single time that I go there. And, as an added bonus, they wash your car any weekday that you visit. We plan to make this dealership our dealership for the foreseeable future.
