      I purchased 3 vehicles from Bill Vince's Acura. Two of them were certified pre-owned & one was not. I have had three positive experiences with the process. My sales reps were professional, courteous & concerned about my needs for the particular vehicle I was interested in. Obi was particularly helpful. The car buying experience with all three sales was smooth & hassle free! At Bill Vince's Acura the service, professionalism & courteous nature does not stop at the sales level! It carries over to the service center! When I call to schedule an appointment the person who answers the phone is very friendly, polite & professional! The 2 service reps I deal with are Dari De Jesus & Wahid Wally. Dari & Wahid are polite & knowledgeable service reps. who ensure my cars are taken care of. When I pull my car into the service garage, Dari or Wahid always come over to me and greet me. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They always ensure my needs are met! As a matter of fact, all personnel who see me sitting in the service area greet me with a hello how are you? I am truly treated like family, not like a customer. That's why I purchased 3 cars there and continue to service them there. I always recommend Bill Vince's Acura for an experience that will make you feel like family! Thank you, Louis Di Girolamo

      After having a horrible experience @ East Brunswick Acura I called Bridgewater Acura & received outstanding service! The internet sales manager & Lou are honest & transparent. I was able to come to an agreement over the phone in less then 10 minutes, no back & forth stuff at all. They treated me with respect & the deal was exactly what they said it would be when I arrived to pick up my new RDX. I live in East Brunswick & will happily drive 30-40 minutes to Bridgewater Acura. Everyone I met here were professionals as opposed to the criminals in East Brunswick. My advice take the ride over to Bridgewater!

      My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience with Bridgewater Acura. After seeing his dream truck along the road, we stopped in Christmas Eve and were greeted with happy and upbeat spirits by Scott, our vehicle specialist, and the whole team!       I just bought my second vehicle, a 2019 RDX, at Bridgewater Acura. I adore the automobile and I am completely happy with the entire purchasing experience. Abe was helpful, informative and lovely to work with throughout. My 2016 MDX was purchased through Paul, who was also fantastic. I have used this dealership exclusively for all service, Linda, Frankie, John, Darry, Mike and Eliana in the service department are all wonderful. I find this dealership to be less cut-throat than others, the staff actually works together. I highly recommend!

      This is the third vehicle I purchased from Mr. Lasko. We have a long-standing dealer/client relationship that is second to none. From the sales process to vehicle servicing we are always treated pleasantly, always with a smile and fairly. When we've had performance/repair issues with our vehicles, Dave is always willing to listen and does his best to resolve the issue on our behalf and, on occasion, with Corporate Acura's intervention.       Came in on a Weekday evening. The store had maybe two sets of customers. We found a few people wearing Acura jackets sitting by themselves on what looked like their work desks. We assumed they were sales people and expected someone to come up to us, but no one even looked up. So we went up to the receptionist and I let her know we were interested in a used car that was listed on their site. She made an announcement requesting an available sales associate to report to the showroom floor and then went about her work. And then we just stood there in front of the receptionist for the next 15-20 minutes hoping to be greeted by someone but not a single person showed up. If they directed me to a waiting space or atleast gave me some kind of an update about the waiting time it would've been much less infuriating. We eventually walked out because we didn't want to wait any longer. I'm sure losing a sale doesn't hurt them much, but I wanted to post this anyway cause it was pretty insulting to be made to feel so unwelcome.

      I found the car I was looking for while deployed overseas. I live on Long Island, and went to Jersey to buy a car, and VERY happy i did. Thank you Bridgewater Acura. Purchased my 2006 mustang 4 months ago, not one problem. This dealership is one of the BEST!       Continued impressive experience with this dealership, from whom I never even bought a car. They are classy, and actually looking out for customers, and to build rapport and relationships. Leased a Toyota six weeks ago, but brought car to Bridgewater Acura to discuss possible scenario of extricating myself from lease and leasing an Acura, which was car I'd originally considered leasing (from them). Dealt with Charlie Ovares, a salesman, who was as classy and real as can be. Very very impressive guy, totally genuine, his integrity was instantly obvious. Was clear immediately there would be no "bs." Then Sales Manager John Neals talked with me, same deal--classy, real, honest, crunched numbers with me and, as has been my previous experience with this dealership, he had my best interests in mine. That's as high praise as you can give a dealership, and so I give it--Charlie Ovares, seek him out for a great sales experience. John Neals--ask for him when you want to deal with a no-nonsense sales manager, a seriously good guy who's all real, no fake. This dealership has earned its great rep, and I will be doing business with them in the future.
