  Lexus of Bridgewater is a prestige dealership! I am suprised by the reviews I see here. I have experienced nothing less than exceptional service and the staff are truly genuine and very helpful. The service department is Amazing! They are honest, efficient and always provide the best of service. whenever there has been a problem with my vehicle that seemed urgent Rich, my service guy always stated "BRING IT RIGHT IN AND WE'LL TAKE A LOOK AT IT", If at that time it needed to stay I had a loaner vehicle given to me immediately! I can't ask for anything more, I am completely satisfied!!!!! Thank you Lexus of Bridgewater for your Outstanding Service!!!

  Lexus of Bridgewater is close by home and having never driven a Lexus before, I decided to test drive one. Almost immediately, Eddie Ruggirello came over to assist, and within minutes, and with no hassle, Eddie had me driving an ES 300h. While driving that car was sufficient to help me know my next car, Eddie's demeanor brought me back to Lexus of Bridgewater to work with him. Eddie was a pleasure to work with, even contacting me on his day off to make sure I had all the information I needed and to answer my questions. Eddie's easy going manner and genuine desire to serve his customers made it easy to work him, and his knowledge and enthusiasm for Lexus was essential in helping me feel comfortable in my choice of vehicle. Even after buying, Eddie is still available to help as needed. The buying process and entire experience was easy and smooth, and the car is great. I can easily and enthusiastically recommend the ES 300h and Eddie for your next buying experience.

  EDDIE R. was the best sale person I’ve ever met. He was very easy to talk with. He worked so hard to perform the phenomenal job of what he is doing as a salesman. The word “saleman” was never been at high standardized before you met EDDIE R. He was such a honest person. He just wants his customers leave the dealer with peaceful mind and happy with the purchase and he’ll do everything to reach his goal. A phenomenal job EDDIE R. !!! If I know any one who wants to buy Lexus, I would recommend him to them without a doubt.

  I bought my Lexus RX350 at Bridgewater Lexus a couple years ago and have been extremely impressed with the level of service the whole staff provides. In particular, Charlie Bush has been a huge help to me in figuring out how to deal with all my navigational system questions and was instrumental in making sure my request for a loaner RX was met. He is a nice guy who really wants to help and takes the time to answer my questions. Every time I've dropped my car off for service or detailing, the experience has been very positive. I'm very happy with my Lexus and with the staff at this dealership!

  I was looking to purchase a 2015 Lexus RX350 AWD and had looked at multiple email bids. I had contacted Eddie.R. for pricing via email and he had given a great price. He was courteous in following up and "no pressure" tactics were used. I felt comfortable in making an informed decision on the car. He not only matched prices on an competitor bid but gave even a much lower price. Between the price and service, I was definitely going to buy the car at Lexus Bridgewater. The purchasing process (1.5 hours)was smooth after the pricing had all been worked out earlier in the week (within 30 mins). Overall, in 2 hours I could walk away with a car with no haggling. Eddie is very personable and understand my value for time and money. After the purchase, he patiently went over each feature of the car. I felt like he was an old friend by the end of the purchase. I will definitely be recommending Eddie and Lexus Bridgewater to my family and friends. Thank you again for a great experience.

  Yuri Senenikhin was lovely from hello! I called and told him I was coming in; he knew who I was immediately and greeted me with such a warm welcome. I knew what I wanted, told him I didn’t want to haggle and we got everything done in 1 1-2 hrs... proud new RX350 owner! He definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was happy.... Lexus Bridgewater sales...ask for Yuri!

  Candi Villarino and her manager Jason Lee were an absolute pleasure to deal with. This was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I was in and out of the dealership and enjoying my new GS 350 in about an hour. During the entire process, Candi answered every question I had and she also helped me with insurance, registration and financing. Very professional, honest, and above all, friendly. Would highly recommend.

  I cannot believe how easy Lexus of Bridgewater made the process of leasing a new car. Dawn was OUTSTANDING.... I highly recommend to deal with her if you are looking. I told her the car I wanted and the price range I wanted to pay per month/put down and that was it. She instantly made it happen. It was the fastest service I’ve ever witnessed when getting a new car. It was not stressful at all, and usually it’s a dreaded process when my lease would be ending. Not this time!!! Soooo easy! Thank you Dawn & Lexus of Bridgewater! i LOVEEEE my new Lexus NX :)
