  Our experience exceeded our expectations. If the rating scale was 1 to 10, I would give Nissan Bridgewater an 11. The staff there is extremely friendly and accommodating. From the moment my husband and I entered the premises, Jack G.approached us and addressed our needs. We're so happy with our purchase I've already recommend Nissan Bridgewater to friends who are looking to purchase their own cars. Thank you Nissan of Bridgewater for a wonderful experience.

  Five stars experience at a dealership is a rare experience, Dan M & Seth are excellent no high sales pressure or hidden gimmicks & transparency were key. Would definitely shop here again, great job guys!

  I have been dealing with this Dealership for over 15 years, and every time I walk into the show room, I am greeted with a big smile by Eric (General Sales Manger) and treated like a family member! It seems that they keep on getting better with the way Adam our Salesman treated us and made sure we were fully educated on our purchased vehicle, to the way Eric in finance went over all of the additional services that could be purchased, and not once did they try to force any of the additional cost items into the deal we had made. They know that I will be back in 3-years to look at our next vehicle, if not sooner.

  Highly recommend this place. Have leased cars from here for over 10 years and they have a very clean service area and friendly staff. Ask for Erik the GM and he will take care of you!

  If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would! There's not a bad thing I could say about the experience of working with this dealership for the last 10 years. They really care about what you want and will go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. Want a car salesman that won't make you feel like you're being given the run around? Ask for Mo, he keeps the whole experience and transaction funny, quick, and honest. I'll never go anywhere else!

  Excellent Service. Everyone was super friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in all the way to purchasing my vehicle. Maurice "Mo" was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and answered all my questions and concerns. I was in and out in about 3.5 hours. Most of the time was doing paperwork since I purchased an out of state vehicle. I would definitely go back in the future

  I have purchased used Nissans in the past, have not had any significant issues or complaints. Have felt that Nissans are safe and reliable. My husbands 2005 Altima last for 242,000 miles and only junked it after hitting a deer! My spouse and I purchased another Nissan Altima from Bridgewater Nissan in 2015 after that as well. In 2012, decided to purchase my FIRST brand new Nissan Altima (a 2011 left over) but to do so, had to finance over 6 years to be able to afford it. Recently, the vehicle started with transmission issues at only 128,000 miles. Took to the dealership - they charged me 149.00 JUST TO DIAGNOSE that the transmission is shot. They want $4,700 to replace it! I am furious that after spending over $26,000 on a vehicle, after 7 years it is a total loss. In researching the 2011 Nissan Altimas, I discovered that there is a KNOWN transmission issue and that they extended the warranty to 120,000 miles. The dealership is not willing to work with me on replacing/fixing this. Furthermore, in speaking with other mechanics regarding this issue, found out that Nissan holds proprietary rights to the transmissions/fluids/diagnostics and that there is not even the possibility of having a rebuilt or other option to repair it. Never again Nissan, and I will make sure that anyone who asks will know about the monopoly you hold on repairs, setting prices before considering purchasing a Nissan and lack of willingness to stand by your product and poor customer service.

  Liars, Rude... Never go back again there.... I was there a Bridge water Nissan to get Rouge S and we liked the car and we working the numbers and finally we concluded a deal price and the paper work was about the start and I checked that I will getting the Nissan advertised promotional APR but they said we can’t give you at this price with promotional APR. We exchanged smiles and parted ways. A week later the sales man call’s me and tells me we have more incentives from Nissan and can honor the same price and promotional APR, please come in and visit us. So me and my wife visit the showroom, then it happens the sales man who was following up was not available so another sales man started to help us. He along with his manger first tried to persuade us to by a higher model to which we declined. Then he came with up with the numbers which were more than 2K on the sale price we had negotiated. I told him the sale price that was offered to me last time and on the call I was promised to be honored. The manager just flipped and said this was never the sale price to my shock. I asked if they are honoring the price promised or not waste my time. To which the manger replied he can’t and said never visit this showroom to waste our time. The most rude person I have ever meet and would never recommend anyone to go there. These folks are a bunch of liars and rude humans. NEVER go there again. Had there been negative stars would have given them that as well.

  I would stay away from this sleazy dealership. I shopped here for a lease back in March and although they ultimately verbally offered to match any offer I received from another dealership, they constantly attempted to mislead me and told me the following lies throughout the leasing process: - Their website advertised a lease special on the model/trim I was interested in that they claimed was valid on 2 in stock vehicles. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told they were not available and would have to be ordered. The salesman refused to show me the window sticker and put the offer in writing, all while demanding a $1,000 deposit to reserve the vehicle. - Over the course of several days, the internet sales manager repeatedly refused to quote me a final price. - The salesman said that customers routinely pay above MSRP for Nissans and that I should feel like I'm getting a good deal if I do so as well. I brought my car here for maintenance once last year and although I was satisfied with the overall service experience, I plan to continue doing my own vehicle maintenance to avoid spending another dime here.
