  I was extremely blessed to have had Rene and Alma help me when I decided to sell my home in Pomona and relocate my family to Lake Elsinore. I had owned my home for a little under 2 years and when I reached out to Rene I was unsure if I wanted to sell or just refinance to switch from our FHA loan into a conventional loan and stop paying the mortgage insurance. They provided multiple options for us and answered all of our questions. In the end we decided to sell and purchase a bigger home and are paying $900 a month less! My family and I couldn't be happier.
