  Just found out they have been scamming me for 5 years just got audited due to there poor filing and scams , Do not believe what they say if your signature on anything you will owe 100% scam they pocket money then you owe!!!!!! STAY CLEAR

Valerie is the sweetest receptionist EVER! I call often and she answers right away and helps in any way she can! She’s seriously an amazing employee.   If you're looking for a honest tax preparer Rantax is where you want to to go. They also help with Financing, Refinancing and purchasing a home.   As a new client and first time using a tax preparer I expected a boring, stressful, and unpleasant appointment but it had to be done.   I was looking into purchasing my first home and needed guidance. I feel uncomfortable that I gave them so much information only to be ghosted. The guy was responsive in the beginning, then after he asked me to be an authorized user on my family's credit cards, he stopped messaging me. Very frustrating working with people who aren't up front about anything. I would rather contact someone who would tell me what is required to get a home loan rather than be told I'll get one and never hear back from them.

  Let me start off by saying I am a very particular person who likes to be knowledgeable and informed in whatever endeavor I choose to embark in. With that being said, Corey has gone above and beyond to assist me with purchasing my first home. He was very patient with me and answered each and every one of the questions I had with a positive attitude. I never felt rushed, he always wanted to make sure I understood what I was getting myself into and if he didn't personally know the answer to a question I had, he would get me in touch with someone who did know. Overall, he made purchasing my first home smooth sailing, took care of any hiccups that arose and I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in buying real estate or property.
