  Lee Duran and his team were knowledgeable, extremely professional and attentive throughout the whole process of buying my house. They made sure that everything was at my pace and that paperwork was easily accessible . Overall this has been the least stressful buying experience I’ve ever had.   The absolute best place to go with Serafin was an amazing person to work with as well as the entire team. Our entire home buying experience and process couldn’t have been any smoother.   I was getting frustrated because we couldn't get a home loan to buy our house. We had already sold ours and we just couldn't get the funding. We were about to give up when I spoke to this sweet guy name David who directed us to Scott Ingram at New American Funding. We had lots of things going on with our loan, but Scott said he could do it! We were a little doubtful, only because every other lender told us we couldn't do it. Scott did two loans for us in a matter of weeks. He is a caring and professional, intelligent person who knows his stuff. If you are going through a similar situation PLEASE call Scott at New American Funding.

  It was a life long dream of mine to become a home a home owner, but for one reason or another it hadn’t been possible until I came a cross Scott Ingram at NEW AMERICAN FUNDING. Scott was able to guide me from beginning to end, from providing tips on how to improve my credit score to figuring out what the best type of mortgage loan was best for me and my situation. I loved how he and his team kept me always in the loop of things and how the process was going. Scott made it comfortable enough for me to ask (what I think now to be the silliest) question, but never made me feel embarrassed for asking it, even when I asked the same question 10times. I couldn’t have had a better experience elsewhere.

  This place was amazing Serafin is a great he made the entire home buying experience easy. Very professional always answered any phone calls and questions we had.
