  Randy is AMAZING, he started helping me back in 2014 to help me get prepared to buy, in 2019 I finally made a purchase. The process was very smooth and fast, Randy answered any questions or concerns we had. Anytime I called, Randy was available for my questions even during his vacation. I would not recommend any other lender, if you want the job done right, CALL RANDY!!!!

  My husband and I purchased our second home using Platinum and Charlene who assisted us specifically was amazing. She was extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly throughout the process. Not only did she get everything done quickly for us, she also was kind and very professional. I appreciate her help since home buying can be extremely stressful, however she helped make it a much smoother process for us and we closed very quickly!

  Our refi experience with Platinum was exceptional. I worked with Jim Perry & Lisa Guzman. What a great team! This is our third time working with Jim and his team. The whole process went smoothly. Great communication at all times. We were kept up to speed on the progress of our loan and any questions we had along the way were answered promptly. Highly recommend!!
