  Range Lending works magic, their communication skill is impeccably unbeatable. It doesn't matter the time of the day, you sure will get a swift response and guidance. They made me feel like family. I finally closed on my new home this May/2022. Thanks to the entire range lending team, most especially Kevin Chunk who made it all happen from the start, not forgetting Elena, Amy and Ashley.   Range Lending is great in all they do! Look no further! Tom L. And Elena F. were excellent in communications to us and explaining every single process. They worked quickly to satisfy all we needed and followed up with us afterward to ensure any concerns were addressed (we had zero concerns and zero stress!).   The team at Range Lending was awesome. They were all friendly, they answered all my questions with no problem, they worked beyond normal work hours, they were very quick and timely with responding to me whether by text, call or email. They treated me as if I were a millionaire, unlike another mortgage company I spoke with who seemed to not have gone for me because of my income status.   Range Lending truly has a passion for what they do! Working with Jamie Nummer and his team has been absolutely wonderful. My clients always know what’s going on in their loan process and know the steps to get to the closing table.   Range lending is a great company. Everyone who I dealt with had a vast knowledge of the business and could answer any question I had with ease. They were also able to explain very clearly parts of the mortgage process that are not common knowledge. Ashley was my main contact through this process and was always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was done correctly and on time. She’s a rockstar!   I have done a refi twice before Range did my most recent in Nov 21. This was by far the easiest. I have been extremely busy and was resistant to doing a refi as it was just another thing on my long list of things to do even though it likely made financial sense. It took minimal effort on my end (gathering documents and completing online forms) and range took care of the rest. They were extremely responsive, quick, informative, use great technology, and made sure I did what I needed to do in a timely manner with helpful updates. The whole process took 3 weeks and would’ve been less had I been quicker on my end. I would highly recommend using them and can’t say enough good things about the people, process, and organization.

  Justin Haugh was referred to my wife and I, by my sister who refinanced with him at Range Lending. I had never refinanced my home mortgage that I got in 2001. He advised us and lead us through the whole process to make it seamless. He was responsive to every text and email we sent his way, and we never waited for an answer or a return call.
