  There is no more efficient wholesale lender in existence! Purchase Loan was submitted on Monday and was approved Tuesday. Only condition is title work. My account executive John D said it would work this way, and he was exactly right. It's great to work with account executives that know exactly how their company works. I can't be any more pleased!

  Don't let their low rates fool you..... United Wholesale Mortgage has completely wasted my time. I am supposed to close on my house on October 9th 2015. Today is September 30th. These people "Approved" me for a home loan and have been dragging their feet ever since. Because of their lack of communication to my broker we are about to lose our house, earnest money and everything else we have put in to it in the last 40 days. We have been waiting for the appraisal as we have been getting closer to closing. We called today to find out what the problem is. Only then did they tell us that after "Approval" they aren't feeling comfortable writing me the loan because I have a part-time job. Mind you I have been employed there for 8 years AND I have a full-time job that I have been at for 3 years. They aren't comfortable because they don't think they can sell the Mortgage to another lender with me having a part-time job... My question, If they weren't comfortable with it...why keep asking for more paperwork? Every time I sent in more documents it took them 3-5 days to respond. Of course they contacted us with more requests at 3-4pm. Right before they close for the day. How convenient!! Why not communicate with us so we don't lose our home? Because they don't care if I lose the house or my money. It's no sweat off of their backs. So here I am today having to change lenders 9 days before closing...and try to get an appraisal done that should have been done already. Thanks United Wholesale Mortgage.....

  Just a quick note regarding my experience with Michael ZDyrski, a Pronto Team Underwriter. He took the time to listen to the complex income scenario we needed worked out for our buyer and told me exactly what I needed to gather to get this reconsidered. Then this morning, he manually placed the file into the senior queue for review eliminating an extra step/wait for us. Thank you for great service, as always.

  UWM is phenomenal when it comes to Technology. The UW's are the easiest to reach and are always willing to help you close your loans. I love the funding process as well, Once your have docs, your file is funded. Easiest ever.

  UWM has the best system for brokers to close their loan fast, especially for purchase loan. Their turn around for underwriting and condition review is in day or two. Their system saves lot of time for brokers.

  UWM is a great lender. Their products and technology are good, but what really makes them stand out is their people. They define client service and make almost every other provider look bad.

  Alert, red flag red flag, this is the worst bank your lender can select. Don't even think about pre-qualifying with them. The last day for my closing they asked me for an extension, underwriter never saw my folder. At the end of today I have been told that I do not qualify the loan for the DTI. They do not accept that the payment of my car (which I have never made from my personal account, but all the lakes leave my business accounts) she insists on saying that the payment of my car and smio, when I have two companies with income enough and which have always paid my car fees. Do not work with this pessimous company.
