  Guess you don't realize how bad things are until you have problems. I have money stolen out of my checking and off my credit card but can't seem to get help, absolutely ridiculous!!! I've spent hours on the phone and STILL have NOT spoke to anyone. My money has been missing almost 2 weeks!!!!!! I work hard for my money and should NOT have to make several calls just to speak with someone. Time to close out my accounts, loan, credit cards and go elsewhere. Would NOT recommend this credit union

  Been with genisys for years and I have no complaints. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Genisys always offer good deals, rates, discounts for members. I don't usually write reviews but I was serviced by a financial services rep Ashley broaddus and she was amazing. She went over and beyond with assisting me answering all of my questions. Very informative and her personality was wonderful.

  The credit union overall is decent for banking. Their mortgage department provides nothing but awful service and it has been this way for years. Steer clear of this credit union for loans and mortgages.

  I usually do not write a review but i just have to in this case i have been banking with this bank for few years now and i encouraged my sister and my husband to open account with them. I applied for a loan. the loan officer Moriah Ales and left a voicemail that she has few questions to ask me. i tried reaching out to her several times left series of voicemail but Moriah Never called me back on 3/11/22 I and my husband went to Auburn hills Branch to do some other transactions . so i decided to ask about my loan application , the cashier was very Nice and asked us to wait in the lobby.few minutes later someone came and we went into the office after i finished explaining about my loan application i can see how uncomfortable/nervous this lady was and she said ''oh yes the underwriter have few questions. she asked about the question and she said I WILL CALL YOU TODAY(3/11/22) and she gave me her card and i look at it and i asked are you Moriah she answer yes and i said cal me so i can move forward regardless of what the underwriter said. and i told her i wanted to change my debit card due to name change and i also went to add my husband to my account . she was so uncomfortable that she did give my hubby his own card. Friday came and gone Moriah did NOT called me so i sent email she later reply me on Monday morning telling me what the underwriter said , i replied her back Moriah is yet to replied me . MY POINT IS i am a customer regardless of my loan situation MORIAH ALES should reply and returned customer phone calls and emails .customers pay your bills.I never had any issue when i go to Pontiac branch or Waterford

  I just want to say Hooray for Ms. Kat Brown. I went to the branch, I called three times, I even did the chat online nobody could help me but miss Kat Brown of Genesis headquarters resolve my problems was very patient and did a very professional job, thank you, we need more people like her working in the service industry

  So I have been a member at this credit Union for over 25 years and Janice has been amazing face to see and welcoming i love seeing her every time I come in.

  Would recommend this credit union for auto loans. They make it easy and hassle free. I’d even go as far to say they will approve you when others turn you down. Loan signing was quick and easy. Will be doing business with this credit union in the future from now on. My only small complaint is that I was advised I had to open a checking account to make additional loan payments I think that is ridiculous if I just want to stay with my current bank. I hope this can be fixed in the future.

  Genisys Credit Union is the Great place to establish a credit line. Genisys Credit Union has helped when financing a vehicle. They also gave me the best rate that no other lender offered. I would not go anywhere else to finance any purchases in future. I’m satisfied with the Genisys. They have very nice workers in the bank .

  I want to express my gratitude to Donald White and team at Genisys CU lending department in Auburn Hills. They achieved the unattainable. I'm a realtor. My buyers had to change their lender a week before closing date. Don with his team got us to Clear-to-Close in 7 days! One very happy family is getting ready to move into their new home because of your hard work and dedication!
