  Nate Fink is a job prospector extraordinaire. I was looking for temporary accounting work at the beginning of August. I posted my resume on indeed and monster and thereby got on his radar. A week later, he showed initiative by calling me directly and pitching a new position he thought I might like. Turns out he was exactly right. The best part is he managed to get two dollars more per hour than originally stated. I was very lucky that Nate picked up my resume and made a good thing happen so quickly.

  From one recruiter to another I salute Nate Fink. After short stints with other recruiting firms that weren't the best fit for me, Nate had a great opportunity that i ended up being converted and getting hired full time.   Randstad, McLean is a FANTASTIC company to work for. My recruiters were Ashley and Jack. They are a pleasure to work with. They are so nice. I e-mailed them every week to let them know my availability and they always respond. Ashley and Jack sent me to work at many great companies. At the same time, both Ashley and Jack worked diligently to find me the perfect, permanent job. Ashley and Jack Are The Best.

  I was looking for part time work . I got an email from Debra Campbell Saying she was looking for people for a collection job . I sent back my resume . She then called me and left a voicemail. I called back . The lady was talking entirely too loud. She said that the position wouldn’t work because they are looking for someone to start a job Monday .... today is Thursday ( that alone doesn’t sound right ) . The conversation should’ve ended there . She continued to insult me and my resume saying “ your resume needs work” and continued to insult my resume and told me if I fix my resume I would get paid more . Totally out of order ! I was stunned by her blatant rude behavior. She then asked if I understood I told her she was being very rude and she then tried to condescendingly explain why she was being rude and inappropriate. I ended the call and sent her a email . Letting her know that I make excellent money with my resume . I will never apply for a job with them again ! And I highly discourage you from working with them there are plenty of staffing companies that actually treat you like a human ! Such as aerotek, augmentation, pro unlimited,etc . You are forewarned do not do it . And if you are in dire need of a job and need to, do NOT work with Debra Campbell ! She’s ghetto and loud and extremely rude . They would be wise to get rid of her .

  Their manager won't speak with you if you're calling about employment. Apparently they don't work as a team like other agencies and will keep telling you to call back and speak with someone else
