  Brian was great to work with! He was extremely responsive and explained everything to us which we really appreciated as first time home buyers. Every time he sent us email, he would request a phone to call to walk through the email. With this being our first home and largest purchase, we really appreciated that he went out of his way to explain before we even had to ask questions.   Excellent service, Highly recommended! Brian was our loan officer when we bought our 1st house 5 years ago. Because of his very satisfactory service back then, we choose to stay with him on our 2nd home purchase. Brian is very detailed, knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. He responded quickly (thru text, call or email), responded even on weekends or late nights. He provided pre-approval and loan estimate right away. He answered questions and very helpful.   It was an absolute pleasure working with Brian while purchasing my home! I highly recommend him/his services. The following are some of the qualities I saw, and appreciated, in Brian: Patient. He is definitely blessed with the patience of Job. He was incredibly patient with me throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain anything to which I had a question. Brian would send emails then call to review what he sent to me. He always welcomed questions and provided detailed responses so I was able to make an informed decision. When I needed to make a decision, he allowed me sufficient time to do so, while reminding me of any important deadlines. Communicative. I started the process back in April and closed mid-June. I honestly do not think there was a week during those 12 weeks when I did not personally hear from Brian. He communicated with me either by text, phone call or email, every. single. week! He was very articulate when expressing facts and opinions. No detail was too minor for him to discuss. Accessible. Very rare did I contact Brian and he was unable to engage me in conversation or text at that moment. On those rare occasions, he would still let me know that he was tied up at the moment but will get back to me as soon as he was done. And you know what?! He kept his word every time! Considerate. I appreciated Brian asking (at the beginning of every call) if it was a good time to talk. He would also give me an estimate of how long the call would take. Talk about being considerate of my time! The day after I closed, Brian called to congratulate me and see how everything went the day before. Since his work was essentially done prior to closing, I truly was not expecting to hear from him again; however, I was grateful for his consideration. Professional and Respectful. Brian is definitely a consummate professional. He was passionate not only about the work he was doing for me, but also about making sure my needs and concerns were taken into consideration and addressed appropriately. I regard him as a very competent, reliable, and respectful person. Brian, I thank you for making the financial aspect of this process absolutely seamless! Purchasing a home is a highly stressful event. Through your knowledge and efficiency, my stress level was greatly reduced.
